"Fire alarm trigger at around 11.30pm Sept 13 2025. Thefe is no announcement what happened and guest walk out from the hotel building by themself. Some floor the emergency exit without lighting and in dark. This endanger the guest that trying to escape from the building. Hotel should have Emergency Response Team to handle firealarm that trigger today. Understand from the staff that its trigger by someone smoke in the room when asked. Hotel should have proper communicated to the guest on what have happen and to ensure guest comfortable to continue their stay."

"I stayed at this hotel on Thursday, July 3 for one night. This hotel is very new because there is construction going on around it. There are lots of parking spaces.The lobby area is very small. Two male receptionists named Sidney and Mirza were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is different because use fingers to access the room. Very interesting. The hotel room is very spacious, there are many TV channels to choose include YouTube, the air conditioning is good but the only thing I am very particular about is the cleanliness of the room. There is no mini bar fridge, water can be taken from the water dispenser provided outside the room, as well as an iron. Only 2in1 coffee is provided, amenities are only toothpaste. just a basic but its ok worth what I pay. The only thing I am very particular and concern about is the cleanliness of the room. The room is very dusty, the floor is not swept properly. There is hair here and there. And the bed linen seems not to have been changed or not washed properly. Everything else is ok, just please improve on cleanliness."

The hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, the rooms are neat and modern - perfect for those who want to relax while escaping the hustle and bustle. The location is also strategic, easy to find delicious places to eat around the hotel. It's also close to the mall. The staff is friendly and very helpful. In short, it's worth staying here for work or a relaxing weekend."

"Check-In ★★★★☆ A deposit of RM100 (RM50 for the room & RM50 for parking) must be paid in cash only. While the room fee can be paid either in cash or debit/credit card & must be paid during check-in. Room: ★★★★☆ I booked a Double Room type, no window. It placed 1 queen bed size. The interior decoration looks attractive Mediterranean style. However, this room does not provide a wardrobe (only 2 clothes hangers). There are only rack cabinet & flats TV with limited broadcasts. No mini fridge & safety box. Electric kettle, coffee, tea & sugar were provided along with roll tissue. The bathroom is very nice & clean. 2 bath towels & 1 small towel provided. The water heater works well. Bathroom toiletries include only one bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo. Amenities: ★★★★★ The hotel will give visitors a parking access card. Visitors are required to park in the basement & in the reserved parking box. The safety features in the parking area are satisfactory. Security guards are often seen patrolling. From the basement parking lift you can go directly to the hotel room level. Hotel's WiFi provided with 27.78Mbps. The atmosphere of the lobby is very pleasant with a Mediterranean-style concept. In one corner of this lobby, there are selling of dry food items & also dishes that I guess are imported from China. Chinese pottery decorations & a book of interpretation of the Quran in Chinese are also on display. Very nice. Food & beverage: ★★★★★ Breakfast is not provided in the package. However, the hotel gaves free breakfast vouchers at the Muslim Chinese restaurant next to the hotel. It's just that the menu options are limited. I ordered Mi Tarik Soup & Fried Dumplings. Anyway, I'm very satisfied. Servis: ★★★★★ The staff service is very good from check-in to check-out."
