"Seeing that this hotel has a high score, I booked this hotel, but I didn't expect that the water, toilets, and paper towels in the old beauty tent hotel are all going to the public area. In contrast, the domestic tent hotel at the same price can be called a wild luxury hotel. The only surprise is that there are a lot of stars in the tent, and there are more than 100 stars visible to the naked eye."

It features an open floor plan with a formal dining room, game area, movie room, and living area with picture windows that provide a holistic view of the picturesque mountains. You can use the day bed in the living area to lay down and relax, soaking in the Beauty of Nature or the view of the mountains, or just watch TV. The master bedroom is separated from the main sleeping area and features a master bathroom with a separate shower and tub layout, as well as a separate office area and walking closet. All rooms have larger windows with light-blocking shades. This property is the perfect getaway for calm and serenity. Also, we are a Low “light pollution location” perfect for stargazing! Amenities outside include a fire pit, grill, chairs, picnic table, and string lights. We provide various fun activities/games such as air hockey, foosball, several board games, and some outdoor games such as corn-hole also available. One thing to note is that we don't get a ton of snow, and it is rare, but during the winter, snow can sometimes require 4-wheel drive and chains to access the property, the town of Mariposa, and Yosemite. Home is centrally located: 24.7 mi: Yosemite Entrance Gate (Central) 5.1 mi: Merced River Recreation Area 7.7 mi: to Mariposa 37.4: mi to Bass Lake Guest will have the entire house for themself. Plenty of space for multiple-vehicle parking! Power outages may happen in this area from time to time. The home is not equipped with a generator. If a power outage occurs, the appliances, water, and heating & cooling will not work until power is restored. EV Charging (Additional Cost): We have a Tesla wall connector installed at the property for guests to use. We will let you know exactly how much you used during your stay and charge you what the power company will charge us for KWH used at the end of your trip. Non-Tesla owners, please carry the adaptor. Fire Pit: We don't provide wood for the fire pit. You can either collect dry wood pieces around the property or buy them from the Midpines Store and Gas, which is just 2-minute away by car. (Due to our delicate ecosystem and the high risk of wildfires, outdoor fires are prohibited between May and October.) NOTE: The game room doesn't have air conditioning, but we do supply a fan.

EExociszExceptional Stay at Yosemite View Lodge – Great Location & Wonderful Staff I stayed at Yosemite View Lodge from July 14–15, 2025, and I had an amazing experience that exceeded expectations in many ways. 1. Outstanding service from the staff During my stay, I accidentally broke the glass plate inside the microwave. The staff showed genuine concern — not about the damage — but whether I’d still be able to use the microwave. When I asked about any damage fees, they kindly told me not to worry and explained that it was a common accident and there would be no charge. Their kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated. 2. Perfect location for Yosemite visitors The lodge is located just minutes from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The view from behind the hotel, facing the creek and surrounded by nature, was absolutely stunning and peaceful. 3. Well-equipped and comfortable rooms Our room came with excellent amenities, including a stove, microwave, and cooking utensils. This allowed us to cook our own meals and made the stay much more comfortable and convenient, especially for travelers who prefer self-catering. 4. Lively game room and social atmosphere The hotel has a real game room — not just for display — with pool tables, ping pong, air hockey, and more. Many guests were playing, and it created a fun, social atmosphere. I even made a few new friends there, which was a lovely bonus! 5. Multiple pools and relaxing spa options Yosemite View Lodge offers several pools — both indoor and outdoor — including a relaxing hot spa pool. After a long day of hiking, soaking in the hot tub was perfect. The only minor downside was that there were no shower rooms near the pool area, but this didn’t detract much from the overall experience. In summary, this was a fantastic stay with warm hospitality, great facilities, and a location that can’t be beat. I would absolutely recommend Yosemite View Lodge to anyone visiting Yosemite!

Cchengda2050The hotel is in a very good location, in Yosemite Valley Village, facing Yosemite Falls. The surrounding meadows, waterfalls, forests, and streams are all very beautiful. The rooms of this B&B are very scattered, and the facilities are relatively simple, similar to the taste of temporary housing. In addition, the hotel does not provide free breakfast. There are two independent restaurants in the hotel with average value for money. There is a microwave at the front desk for heating. But all the ice machines in the hotel are broken. In addition to providing rooms and parking, the hotel does not seem to have any other services.
