And an outdoor area, which is accessed from the living room, of about 25 or 30 m2 designed to eat and take a dip in the fresh air while enjoying panoramic views of the sea, the dune field and the beach. It is equipped with a table with chairs, a barbecue and a couple of small sun loungers and a plunge pool of approx. 3 m x 3.5 m and depth 1 m. The plunge pool has a security fence, which prevents access to children if parents do not want to. The plunge pool and the garden have beautiful panoramic views of the sea, the dune field and the beach. A few meters from the house, about 50 m, in the back, is the parking area and the garden, also equipped with table with chairs and sun loungers, equally beautiful views of all natural space and the coastal mountains.On the ground floor is the kitchen-living room with fireplace in an open space and a small toilet. On the upper floor there is a suite with a full bathroom with a shower cabin and a beautiful bathtub, and opens onto a gallery with the same views of the sea as from the ground floor (from the bed and shower you can see the sea !! ) The upper floor has another small room that is intended as a children's room or single room if it is for adults, which is part of a family suite that is located on the ground floor under cover.
