"The lobby of this established five-star hotel is grand and bright. The front desk staff were warm and professional, kindly upgrading us to an executive floor. The room's decor felt a bit dated (the absence of USB ports was a minor inconvenience), but it was otherwise spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We received a complimentary welcome fruit platter. Our high-floor, river-facing room boasted expansive, beautiful views. The bedding was comfortable, shower pressure was excellent, and soundproofing was effective. The hotel breakfast was superb, featuring a rich variety of dishes, including many local specialties such as wheat flatbreads, sticky rice, rice vermicelli, and fish balls. Everything was delicious, and the freshly squeezed juices were pure. This hotel is definitely worth a stay, and I would choose Pullman again on my next visit to Wenzhou."
