Pengalaman pertama nginep di sini bareng keluarga. Plusnya hotel lumayan bersih dan wangi,lokasi hotel strategis sayang kenyamanan kita terganggu suara bising kendaraan kedengaran sampe kamar,ada lift sangat membantu,ac cukup dingin,shower berfungsi,ada ruangan sendiri utk yg merokok. Minusnya fasiltas kamar mandi amenities gak ada,gantungan handuk juga gak ada,bed geser2 terus karena bawah masih bungkus plastik,dispenser gak ada saran minimal tiap lantai ada 1 lah.

They have variety of food for the breakfast which is great. However, the cafe of the hotel (Napa Eatery & Bar), was not as great. Food took 30mins to serve when my family is the only one there for dinner. The taste of the food was not really on par with the reviews that I've seen. The hotel services is not as great. They reassured us that they will provide the things that are not in the room (example: iron for ironing clothes), but, we did not receive it.

The guest house is new, clean and all the rooms smell good. It's very good in the room but the minus is the place on the roadside and it's difficult to park the car. The room is not so sound that cars, drones and ambulance sounds very loud in my room 308.kamar Next to my noise is like moving a mattress Because it is struck with the wall of my room. And was disturbed again when in the morning around 06.30 around Pesona Guest House there is such a loud dangdutan music. So in conclusion, the room and facilities are very good but the noise outside makes me unable to sleep .. and thank you for sending BF Maryam bread and hot tea. Maybe in the future, it can be given a kind of silence so that guests who want to rest after a day can rest without noise outside. Thank you for the charming guest house 🙏

Very nice hostel, great owner and staff, kind and very helpful. Have the cheapest and best tour for mount bromo and waterfalls in town. Powerful AC in the rooms, clean and nice hot showers. Washing machine and chill spot on the roof. I highly recommend staying at least 2 nights. Great free tour we got of the local chinese temple. Locatio close to the color villages. Had a very good time there. Nice night market in front of the place. Photo of the rooftop view.

Malang Grand Palace Hotel is located on the edge of the city center. The location is pretty good. There are many roadside stalls, Indonesian snack stalls and local fruit stalls on the right hand side as soon as you exit the hotel. If you are used to Indonesian food, it is quite good. The hotel lobby is not designed well. There are not many guest rooms and they are small. The hygiene is OK but the bathroom is too sparsely equipped. There is only toothbrush and soap. It is not suitable for business customers.

The name of the hotel is on the application and in fact different.. The information from the guest house staff of the guest house has not been gone since 3 years ago ... and the one is Lumiere guest house. Fortunately, the hotel staff are good, so they are let in with booking through the application, although the hotel name is different, but the address is the same.. the bathroom is outside Tv not working
