3-Star Hotels in Suzhou

Convenient location directly at the subway to yuanqu train station and downtown, and right on jinji lake. Room was clean and fully functional. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful (but no English spoken at all!). Internet Access required Chinese phone number.

The location is very good, you can get around with the bus or walk around to the town. The staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you to the Assistant Manager Ms Sima for helping me and assisting me throughout my stay at the hotel. I could also leave my luggage free of cost for 24h after check out and pick it up later. I really liked the staff but the room I got was smelly at first but Ms Sima changed it for me and was very helpful.

The room is spacious and view nice view from the window. Overall it’s a very comfortable stay, hotel location is very near to metro station. There are free coffee and snacks for the guests as well.

The room is clean and hygienic, with no smell of cigarettes. It is close to Hanshan Temple and can be reached within walking distance. There are Suzhou University of Science and Technology and Suzhou Cadre College nearby. There are also many shopping malls and supermarkets. It is also close to the subway and high-speed rail stations. It is not far from the Tiger Hill Scenic Area.

It was a very good stay. The check-in time was relatively late on the day, so the front desk helped upgrade the suite. At 12 o'clock in the evening, the skewers shop in front of the hotel was rushing to renovate and I couldn't sleep. The hotel also thoughtfully arranged earplugs. When we checked out during the day the next day, we were given a gift as compensation. The service attitude was very good👍

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. It takes only three to five minutes to walk to Tongli Light Rail Station. The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The landlord is also very nice, very proactive and enthusiastic. The price is not expensive in the scenic area, it is very reasonable, the key to accommodation and hygiene are much better than hotels of the same price. There are also many restaurants around, and the taste is also good. This time I came to Tongli and felt the real slow life.

Impeccable service provided by the receptionist. He’s very warm, friendly and helpful. He responds almost instantly whenever we needed help. Location wise it’s right across 北寺塔 exit 1, it’s not within the tourist district but I feel that’s the plus point. It’s quieter. It’s 10mins walk to Suzhou Museun . There are many food surrounding the guesthouse and they are all yummy! We enjoyed our stay a lot! Will recommend this guesthouse to my friends!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes only 20 minutes to drive to the city center. The free parking lot is quite large. The night market street opposite the hotel is quite nice to visit and there are so many delicious foods. The front desk service is also very good. Check-in is very fast. The key is that there is freshly ground coffee at the front desk, which I absolutely love.

Stayed for four nights and the experience was great. Just a short walk away from the lake. Very convenient location from downtown and all the touristy spots taking the taxi. The hotel was very clean, family friendly, staff were attentive to guests and even helped me track down the Meituan guy trying to find the hotel. Walls were thick enough to have a good night's rest, which is very important as I'm a light sleeper (even with wearing earplugs). On top of that, the park has some great eats like a hotpot place, steakhouse, Italian food with wine, a clothing/jewelry shop or two for the ladies, a little skateboard park for the kids, and a Lawson if you need any last minute stuff. Great customer service skills, great environment, great view. 10/10 would highly recommend. 🥰🥰
