Pullman properties in Suzhou

This cozy spot was the perfect starting point for me to experience the city! The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and you can find great food just across the street. Public transport options are also abundant nearby, making getting around very convenient. We booked a twin room, and since it was a weekday, the front desk lady, Lena, not only upgraded our room but also gave us executive lounge access. This allowed us to experience more of the hotel, and we're especially grateful for that! The room was clean, but it felt a bit stuffy upon check-in. Since it was December, I guess there was no air conditioning. Opening the window helped, though. Breakfast was good and up to standard. The happy hour at the lounge had 4-5 hot dishes, definitely enough to fill you up! The pool isn't huge, but it's very clean and not crowded, so it was a refreshing swim. Overall, this hotel maintains a high standard. While some staff members might not always follow procedures strictly, they are all very dedicated, and I'm sure they'll contribute to improving the hotel's image over time!
