"Good location. Convenient to go places further by Grab booking. Hatyai junction train station is just about 8 mins walk to the hotel. Plenty of street food during the night. Lee Gardens night market just in front of the hotel and Kim yong market is nearby."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until check-out. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Everything was handled with professionalism, and they made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.The reception team was very helpful, the housekeeping staff kept the room spotless, and even small requests were attended to quickly. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality it really made my trip more comfortable and enjoyable.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant experience. Definitely a place I would love to return to!"

"It is highly recommended to stay at this family-friendly hotel in Hat Yai, especially if you're traveling with children. Although the hotel might be a bit far from the city market, I used Maxim, a local ride-hailing app similar to Grab, which is cheaper and very quick in finding a driver. The room was quite spacious, and I loved it very much. It featured a bathtub, a cold air conditioner, and a small balcony with a view of the surrounding area. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's night ambiance at the swimming pool, where a live band played soothing music, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Regarding breakfast, I found it not particularly recommended due to limited options available, which might not satisfy those looking for a variety of choices."

"I had an overall wonderful stay at this hotel, tucked away in a pleasant, convenient location. It’s within easy walking distance to Lee Garden, a charming little night market that serves delicious street food until midnight. The neighborhood feels safe even late at night — aside from the occasional biker pimp offering “ladies.” They aren’t aggressive, though, and leave immediately when declined. One curious incident stood out during my stay: I returned to find my belongings oddly rearranged. My luggage had been moved from a corner to the bedside, and my charger was unplugged and tossed inside the bag. Management kindly checked the CCTV upok request and claimed that no one had entered the room while I was away. Strangely, nothing was missing. Perhaps it was just my imagination… or maybe something a bit supernatural. Either way, it felt harmless, but I’d still recommend keeping your valuables locked or with you. This happened only once over several nights. Service throughout was all right, and the staff were warm. Room service is thorough. However, a few practical issues are worth noting: some rooms have unconnectable Wi-Fi or air-conditioning that can’t be adjusted (I learned this after switching between three rooms). Another minor frustration was the hotel’s policy of issuing only two room card, which makes it tricky to keep the room cool when you’re out whilst still having two traveller accessibility to the room. Despite these quirks, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others. The shampoo and soap and toothbrush provided could be better though. For the price paid I would expect better quality."

"Stay is good but staffs might be a bit more inflexible probably due to high demand of hotel rooms. Lots of amenities if requested has to be charged e.g extra towel."

"Extremely satisfied. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and could speak Malay, which was a nice bonus. Check-in was incredibly smooth and fast. There are also many stalls and shops selling halal food right around the hotel. Florida Market and the Asian Night Market are about a 10-minute walk away, and there's a 7-Eleven nearby. Overall, very pleased. Recommended!"

"Overall great hotel to stay. Pro: Great location, walking distance to Lee garden, massage center, market, and eatery shops. And yet no annoying noice from the market during night sleep. Clean and cozy room Con: Was not able to access WiFi on the first day, complaint several times and issue solve in the next day. Water dripping sound was heard during night time."

"Clear, spacious n and comfortable room.. The room have small size bath tub.. Work well.. Air condition and water heater works well.. Basic amenities available.. Breakfast has minimal options, suitable with the price.. The buffet do serve pork ham, so consider this first before u decide to go for the buffet breakfast or not.. Pools open from morning till 11pm night, with a bar built next to the pool.. Deposit during check in is 1000 baht.. Front counter also sell bath tub powder (199 baht).. Free parking's available.."

"Rooms and locations are good obviously. Massage / night market / halal food / everything just around Lee Garden Hotel walking distance. Very happening at night. however Lee Garden is lacking with customer service. The moment we arrived at the lobby, we have to carry our own luggage (we are 5 in a family with small kids and bags) no one from the hotel is helping us with lots of bags. Even at the lobby, none of the staff offer to help us despite seeing us with our kids and we need to drag our bags ourselves."

"I’m being stay in this hotel several times due to convenient access to night market and other place. I’m put some suggestion for women improvement. The toilet floor are very slippery,might be cause of massage oil stick on floor when guest enjoy their massage service.Due to this,1 of my family member was falled down and admitted to hospital at hatyai when visited last month. Hope management team can take this precaution to improve for the next future. Overall i’m quite happy to stay here."
