"The room isn't small, and the shower pressure is excellent. The decor and setup fit the boutique concept well. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the train station, though there's an uphill section right next to the aqueduct ruins. I'd deduct half a point because the in-room Wi-Fi was a bit problematic. The staff, however, were very enthusiastic."

"This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Turkey 😊Over the past two days, our overall impression of the hotel has been: peaceful, comfortable, professional, and sincere. The room was tidy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. "Our group of five people stayed at the hotel by car. The hotel is simple, quiet and tidy, and the breakfast is very good. The next day we found that the tire pressure of the rented car was less than 160, and we found the store owner to ask for help. The boss did not say anything very enthusiastically to help us contact a car dealership, and personally took us to the car dealership. After checking, it was found that it was slow to spread gas. The boss took the initiative to contact the car rental agency and repaired it. Since the leak point is near the car keel, we are not assured to ask the car rental agency to change the car. Because the voice is not good, it is not easy to communicate. Thanks to the hotel owner on our behalf. The car rental agency is finally communicating repeatedly the next day. We changed the new car rental before we planned to travel, without delaying the trip. We are very grateful to the hotel owner for his warm service and patient and proactive help. "As the first night in Turkey, I was impressed. Overlooking the castle ruins... This room has a large bathtub on the outdoor terrace, which is very comfortable. The boss is also nice, but the interior hardware can be improved."

"I like this hotel very much. The feeling of staying, the location and the service are all very good. The hotel is very close to Ephesus, and it takes about ten minutes to drive there. The hotel is an exquisite B&B with an independent garden. The small garden, swimming pool and rooms are very unique. The facilities are complete, hygienic and adequate. The room has a small balcony, which is just right for luggage. The service was very good, very welcoming, no issues whatsoever. Self-driving friends should pay attention to parking. The hotel does not seem to have a parking lot. I parked on the roadside in front of the hotel. The boss said that there is surveillance and monitoring, so it is no problem (I think there is definitely no illegal parking here). Of course, you can ask the boss to help you find a solution after arriving at the hotel. There is a large local restaurant just ten minutes' walk away. It's delicious and not expensive. It's very convenient."

"The hotel, which we booked on the spot, was more like a guesthouse, but it was better than expected. The two rooms we booked were very clean, though not very spacious. The decor was warm and elegant, and the kitten was adorable and affectionate. Located in the old town, it wasn't far from the attractions. Parking was available near the guesthouse, and we were lucky enough to find a spot when we arrived in the evening. The guesthouse had its own restaurant; the prices were similar to other restaurants, but the food was better. Dinner in the garden was very atmospheric. I would have deducted one point for the service, as we booked a triple room (actually a quadruple room), but they only provided a double room because they were full. Everyone knows that different room types have different prices, and this was a bit annoying, but I believe the owner didn't mean it that way."

"This was our first family trip with our 16-month-old baby and also our first holiday after 3 years. Our last trip was to Jungle Aqua Hurghada, so we were really looking forward to this one. We stayed at Aqua Park and booked through Trip.com for 2 adults and 1 infant. However, on arrival the reception staff embarrassed us by saying, in front of other guests, that we had only booked for 2 adults and not for 3 people. I showed them my booking confirmation clearly stating 2 adults and 1 child. After speaking to someone else, the receptionist simply said “okay fine” with no apology or explanation for the misunderstanding. We were then given a room at the very end of the corridor, far from the lift, despite them clearly seeing we had a baby with us. Another issue was the confusion around the “Ultra All Inclusive” package. We were told snacks and drinks were not included and that we would have to pay extra. We were also told we could not eat anywhere except the main restaurant, which only had around 4 dishes available on the first day. Whenever we asked questions at reception, the staff were not helpful and just kept saying “no, no, no” without properly explaining anything. After I contacted Trip.com and complained, things improved slightly, possibly after they spoke with the hotel. But I was still charged almost £90 extra for my 16-month-old baby’s stay, which made no sense to me. By the third day, the food situation became better, but then the bathroom started leaking. We called reception and they temporarily fixed the flush, but it leaked again afterwards. Since we only had 2 days left of our 6-day trip, we didn’t bother reporting it again. Overall, this holiday was mentally exhausting rather than relaxing. We came back feeling stressed instead of refreshed. Unfortunately, due to the poor communication, lack of customer service, and overall chaos during our stay, I would not book this hotel again Location and views of this hotel is extremely recommended but services letting it down. Hope things get better for others."

"Breakfast is a local Turkish breakfast and the Chinese may not be used to it. The picture shows a large flat with 50 floor-to-ceiling windows. The landscape is a panoramic town under the mountain. It is beautiful. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Beaver. The service is very warm and thoughtful, in general, the experience is perfect"
