Our ground floor, two bedroom condo includes a roomy 1200 square foot space plus 270 square feet of wrap around covered porch all set in a beautiful private, shaded corner of the property. A great place to entertain, enjoy your favorite beverage, read a book or just relax.The kitchen includes almost anything a chef would ask for, granite counters, new stainless appliances, very complete set of pots and pans, utensils, baking pans and dishes. It includes a high speed blender for the smoothy lovers, a food processor, coffee pot and bean grinder and some basic spices.You will enjoy wood and tile flooring accented by two beautiful oriental rugs in the living area and carpet in the bedrooms.
