"Will visit again, best hotel in Tainan. Room is spacious, clean, noice reduction is legit, and you have a Bluetooth speaker in the room!"

"Check in was easy and staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and well equipped however the AC was very noisy with little possibility to adjust. Street noise was bad on one wing of the hotel, I had to request to be relocated to another side which the staff accommodated after some follow up and ”encouragement”. It was strange that after 9pm there was no drink or food available at any of the restaurants or bar. The reception staff was kind enough to extend our stay by 1h without additional charge."

"It is my third or fourth time staying in this hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable. This is the tallest building in town and should be the most luxurious hotel there. It is right next to the Tainan Rail Station and is super convenient. Staff service is great. There aren’t much changes since I last stayed here in 2014. Nonetheless it is a place worth staying in Tainan."

"Found myself back in Silks again, my only choice in Tainan. Seemed to have met (or just felt like it) top notch staff. Conrad recognizing me and my girlfriend on arrival. Tried the swimming pool for the very first time. Quite crowded during the day but a great place to chill in the evening. Look forward to returning to Silks again already."

"This is really a hotel that amazes me. It has a strong Bali resort style and the rooms are very big and comfortable! The breakfast is delicious and the service staff is very nice! There is also a swimming pool for children to play in! Everything is worth it and satisfying"

While the hotel offers a comprehensive range of facilities, there's room for improvement in their overall maintenance and attention to detail. Judged purely by ********* standards, it could certainly pass as a four-star hotel. However, compared to high-end hotels in places like Macau, the difference is quite noticeable, especially in the refinement of details and service quality. The breakfast selection was decent but not extensive, though it met basic needs. The overall ambiance of the pool and public areas was pleasant, making it suitable for families and those with children. All things considered, it was a largely satisfactory stay. If they can improve on the finer details and dining quality in the future, I believe it would be much closer to a five-star standard."

"When I walked in, I felt like it was a resort-style massage parlor that had been converted into a hotel. It seems that some parts are still under construction, and it is a bit noisy during the day and afternoon. The overall facilities are quite new, the bathtub has enough water and is hot. The bathroom has good lighting, and it is comfortable to live in. The location is a bit remote. It is recommended to drive to live~"
