Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts properties in Sydney

Thank you intercontinental Sydney for a memorable stay! 5-star location, 5-star service and 5-star experience! We booked the Royal Opera Suite room for our wedding ceremonies along with three other guest rooms. The events team was super helpful and managed to get all the rooms on the same floor. The room had spectacular views to both the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The room was clean, had all the amenities needed and reception/concierge/valet parking services were excellent. Lounge access was worth the money and the staff members were courteous and personable! Thank you again for the hospitality and we hope to stay here again on our anniversary!

The room and service are very satisfactory. The concierge is attentive and considerate. I suggest opening a direct access to the gym to facilitate hotel guests. After all, it is too cold to walk through the outdoor passage in winter.

There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but thankfully, Trip.com staff were incredibly proactive in communicating and resolving the issue, allowing me to smoothly check into a sea-view room that evening. The hotel service was exceptionally warm, even upgrading my room to a 270-degree panoramic view room. The expansive views made for an excellent experience. The only minor downside was that the hotel pool wasn't open yet, but you could get tickets for the beachfront pool at the front desk, which was just a 10-minute walk away.
