"The hotel is very clean overall. It is located next to Fengjia Night Market. There is a motorcycle parking space in front. It is not bad.
The disadvantages are that the sound insulation is not good. The quality of breakfast needs to be improved. The hotel staff asked for pillows but didn't give them. The room only had two collapsed pillows, which made it difficult to sleep.
But this place is very good for 2500 a night"

"Located near the intersection of Gongyi Road and Zhongming South Road, it is about 8 minutes away from Calligraphy Greenway and about 20 minutes' walk to Wenxin Forest Park MRT Station. It is quite conveniently located.
There are also many nice bars nearby at night, and the Upward Market is also nearby.
Except that the hotel facilities are quite old, there is nothing else to complain about.
The towels are also of high weight, the hot water is very hot, and the shower is very comfortable.
Will stay again next time."

"I enjoyed it during the stay overall, but the hotel could improve its flexibility with check-in times. A strict 3 PM check-in policy can be inconvenient for guests arriving after long journeys. Since it wasn’t a peak period and there weren’t many guests, offering an early check-in by even 30 minutes to an hour would have been a nice touch. Small gestures like this can greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for considering this suggestion!"

"Nice place to stay! It was clean and new - they are nice to also provide a baby cot for free for our baby. However, the mattress is a little too thin so we had to let baby sleep on the bed. Nonetheless, it is an awesome place to be at when in Taichung."

This hotel is highly recommended for ASEAN travellers as ASEAN restaurants particularly Indonesian are plentiful. Tourist attractions like Miyahara, Taichung Park and 2nd Market are also walking distance. Many buses that roam the city also passes by Gancheng Bus Station which is just across the street. I would definitely book again if I’m visitong Taichung. Value for money."

SSEANIEBEEA 5 star hotel that deserves its rating. Rooms are comparable with Sheraton/Hilton etc... it's a well-oiled machine and everyone was efficient and kind. Shout out to my namesake SEAN in the Prime restaurant on the roof who took care of us with a memorable Christmas dinner. One for any short list in Taichung.

GGuest UserThere's a lot that I like about this hotel. Our room was nice and large for the price. The decor in our room was beautiful, especially the wooden furniture. The toiletries by Cha Tzu Tang are the best! The location was great for us, being near or very near to useful bus lines. I would love to see more fresh fruit in the breakfast buffet. I would *really* like it if they have black coffee as an option in the room. (Inhouse Hotel Grand: If you're reading this, please can we have black coffee in the rooms that we can make for ourselves?)

AAnonymous UserLocation - I’m not sure if we just missed out on what’s nearby. But we did walk on the sides, we were searching around of what’s there to see. We didn’t see much, like we realized after walking for a few minutes that we just found the convenient store which is kinda far if that was the nearest available (or again, there could be one the other side we don’t know haha).
So after walking around, and realizing there’s nothing much to see. We already booked an Uber going to the night market.
It wasn’t that far from the HSR Station. I couldn’t remember the exact distance and travel time. But if I find it far I’d normally remember it and say it.
Service - it was an easy check-in and check-out. Though, I almost forgot to get a receipt. Had to proactively ask for one. Luckily we decided to stay for a bit after checking out, we remembered it and got to request for it.
I like how they already asked upon checking in if we need a room cleaning service. That was convenient.
The breakfast was so so (on my personal taste bud). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that bad.
I love the room the most! We were happy about how spacious it is. And it has an AI box which we loved. The bathtub has a tv, the shower area was spacious, the ambience of the room, hallways and lobby. The free snacks. The brand of the body wash and conditioner. The free Nescafe machine in the lobby.
I’d definitely recommend it and I’d stay here again.
(Though I still have a pending concern that I have to figure out myself, cause the amount showing in the invoice was different from the amount showing on tha app. Haven’t checked how much was the final amount taken out on my card)

Overall, excellent stay. Will book the hotel again if I come Taichung.

NNicholas Wei XiangReally love the industrial themed looking hotel, gave it a really unique experience, with different aesthetic corners at level 1 to sit, enjoy a cup of coffee and read a book.
Walking distance to Yi Zhong night market, location was great, very convenient and close to many of the shops we wanted to patronise.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, room size was descent, enough to fit two medium sized luggage on the floor. Water pressure was great.

GGinny Qiu JCThe location is handy for travellers arriving train or bus. Only a short walk out fr the main Taichung station. Even with our luggage we managed to get there easily. How ever for laundry it's not so convenient as there's no separate room and we had to sit in the lounge while washing. It's a coin machine so we had to get enough coins too.
Double room Room is quite small for two and my lauggage opens into two halves so not much space on floor.
Drawback is lack of restaurants nearby to have a quick breakfast. No food vendors available only family mart
BF included in hotel booking was average. Buns soy drinks coffee porridge and noodles. .

JJgoh81Firstly, the hotel management has strong empathy allowing me to cancel 1 night last minute due to family issues that I have to check out 1 day earlier.
But to my surprise, Check in timing is surprisingly at 4pm.
Gym facilities is under renovation but did not prior inform the guest upon check in.
On Trip.com, stated open 2023 which is very misleading that the hotel was newly renovated or newly built. But the rooms are old but luckily not rundown and rooms are clean.
