Simply Great! Right from the booking stage, check-in, stay in the impeccable apartment, superb n amicable team to a warm send off, a splendid unforgettable experience indeed !! Wrote an email to hotel requesting to book for 8 nights, got reservation confirmation instantly by Mr. Kakhaber Devdariani, Manager Front Office and indeed was a delight meeting at check-in time, affable personality ! O rest of all the team members, very pleasant, welcoming and superb in giving suggestions for things to do in the country. To name a few - Khatia, Sofia, Aram, Sandro, Stephen, David & Lada, you are all doing a great job definitely !! Hats off !! O yes, reminds me an incident which was overwhelming and unforgettable, one evening on our return, Ms. Khatia noticed that my wife was not well and asked if any assistance required. My wife had bruises on arm as she had accidentally fallen whilst walking, instantly she was made to sit and first aid given with a collegue, this human concern touched our hearts 💕 The apartment felt like home, housekeeping was generous with supplies, had an eye for detail, what a feeling ! Excellent peace n quiet, right at the heart of Tbilisi, we were actually happy that its few steps away from the noisy main road !!

First thanks of trip.com my hotel gots120 dollar cheaper than real price. Hotel was really comfortable every thing was nice room abit small bat very clean and good. they dont have hard rules for check in and check out they are very helpful . evey thing was very very clean ... very close to city center..its inside citycenter) breakfast was good but could be better..its was not very tasty and also manager of restaurant is one fat woman who is very impolite but other workers are very very nice and good people. it was my secend time in tbilisi its very nice city very good people andbest place for relaxation. TRIP.COM before i go to this travel i choosed trip.com and i scared because some people said its scam i was scared about my payment but they are not... im happy to trust them.if u read the rules of this site u wouldnt loose ur money thank u for these prices and nice experience trip.com s team)

I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.
