Pros 
1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel 
2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy! 
3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast. 
4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up. 
5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay. 
6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track. 

Cons 
1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs. 
2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some. 
3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing. 

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Citadines!

Place is easy to find, right beside train station.  Lots or restaurants around.  Louvre and Notre Dame is walkable, 10 minutes.  Friendly reception, gave us early check in for 1 of our rooms so we can leave our luggages.   Room is clean. Fully equipped kitchenette, with dish washer, plates, stove, ovens, pots and pans, just everything we need to prepare our breakfast which is unplanned.  We saw a butcher shop, fish shop, cheese shop and decided to make our own breakfast.  Westfield mall just at the back of the hotel.  Carrefour is also near.  Love our stay here

First off, the location is excellent, very close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and the Orsay Museum, perfect for those who plan to do most of their sightseeing on foot. Secondly, the environment is nice; I was given a room with two 0.9-meter beds, and it was relatively quiet. The room heating was very good, and there's a heated towel rail which is great for drying clothes. Slippers and shower gel are provided, and there's a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, and kettle. However, the room isn't cleaned daily, but I actually prefer that as it means no one else enters the room. Breakfast is just okay, typical milk and bread, so you can decide if you want to include it or not.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a 7-minute walk to Galeries Lafayette. If you don't feel like walking, it's just one metro stop away, as the metro station is right outside the hotel entrance! Getting to other attractions is also very convenient. Taking a Bolt ride-hailing service to Gare du Nord train station was quick and affordable!

The hotel is very well-equipped with cooking utensils; they literally have everything you might need! It's great for preparing your own breakfast or a late-night snack.

The hotel staff were very polite and even helped me arrange a ride.

The only thing some people might mind is the lack of daily housekeeping service. However, I was perfectly fine with it, as I was only staying for 3 nights.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

This hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and the area downstairs is quite lively, yet the hotel itself is very quiet. You can even walk to the Eiffel Tower in about 15 minutes. The breakfast is simple, but that's typical for Europe.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Bastille and both bus and subway stations. The staff at the front desk answered questions politely when asked. The hotel seems run down and not very clean. There were hand prints on the inside of the bathroom door from the previous guests and oddly enough both my room and the elevator had issues with mosquitoes. In the entire time I was there - no cleaning staff entered my room. My room had a kitchen but no effort was made to empty garbages in either the kitchen or bathroom. I know I am not alone in this - as I observed other people going to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper and bringing their garbage down to the lobby to ask where they might empty it. When I made my booking, I specifically requested a room away from the elevator, so naturally I had the closest room to the elevator possible. I realize Paris, like any big city in Europe, is expensive but I would not recommend this hotel to my family or friends. Make note if you decide to stay there, that the hotel offers breakfast at a cost double what one might pay within a block of where it is situated.

Hotel was simple. Free coffee and tea at lobby. Booked a 1 room apartment. Spacious. Beds were ok. Separate room for bathing and toilet bowl. Location was great. A stone throw away  from a small interchange with line 5, 6 & 7. Surrounded with restaurants. A shopping mall just beside. In fact my room facing the mall (interior). Value for money in terms of of Paris hotel. Definitely recommnded.

Located near Montparnasse train station with numbers of nice restaurants and supermarkets around. The room is spacious with amenities like an electric kettle, digital safe, cleaning shampoo, gels and etc.
Self-service coin laundry is in the basement one, and free coffee, cocoa machine at lobby level 1.

It's convenient that these are apartments. There was no cleaning - that's a minus. A stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher - that's a plus. The room itself is spacious, even very spacious! The bathroom🤌🏼 the radiators are hot, you can adjust them. There is drinking water from a machine on the 1st floor (free). We liked the location. Beautiful, safe, we walked a lot, went by metro - everything was convenient. There are enough grocery stores around, as well as different cafes. 
This is not the first time I have stayed in Citadines apartments, they are more or less the same in all countries, so it is always clear what to expect from them

It is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby.

We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least. 

Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all.

Would I return? Yes sure

I recently stayed at Citadines in Holborn and was thoroughly impressed by its **excellent location**, modern amenities, and attentive service. Nestled in the heart of London, this hotel is a perfect base for both leisure and business travelers.  

**Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**  
The hotel’s location is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk from the Holborn Underground station, making it easy to explore central London. The British Museum, Covent Garden, and vibrant West End theaters are all within walking distance, along with countless restaurants and cafes. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or work, the convenience can’t be overstated.  

**Rooms & Cleanliness ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**  
My room was **spotlessly clean**, thoughtfully designed, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern decor gave the space a fresh, welcoming feel. 

**Amenities & Extras ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**  
The hotel offers fantastic perks that elevate the stay:  
- **Free coffee/tea station** in the lobby (a lifesaver for early mornings or late-night work sessions!).  
- **Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi** that worked seamlessly throughout the property.  
- A laundry room for your washing needs.
- Friendly staff who were always ready to assist.  

**Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**  
The staff were genuinely warm and professional.

**Final Thoughts**  
outstanding value for its prime location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities. If you’re looking for a hassle-free stay in London with the perks of a central hub, this is the place. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The stay was very good, and the staff and management were amazing. Underground tube and many restaurants are nearby. Many tourists places are also nearby, so overall complete package for travellers. Special thanks to Staff and Management for make our stay so comfortable and relaxing. Keep up the good work.

The location is very convenient, it is accessible to all scenic spots within 30-45 mins walking distance and 3 mins walk from Barbican Station.Since it is in the residential and Academy area, the surrounding is quiet and safe. It is an Apartment Hotel so no daily housekeeping service and the amenities provided are basic. Launderette at extra costs is available, Tesco and few cafes are nearby  so it will be ideal for travellers who need a stop to clean up and refresh.

Pros:
1. Excellent location
Within walking distance to major attractions like Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery, and Westminster. Subway stations (Embankment, Charing Cross) are also nearby, making getting around very convenient.

2. Room layout and amenities
The room has a small kitchen (refrigerator, sink) for basic cooking, free Wi-Fi, and ample storage space, making it feel like a 'home away from home' for longer stays.

3. Front desk/Service
Most guests appreciate the friendly staff and smooth check-in process. Thoughtful amenities like the complimentary coffee machine are a plus.

Cons:
1. Outdated facilities and cleanliness issues
The room facilities feel old, and the cleanliness was not as good as expected. Specifically, the maintenance of the bed and bathroom was off-putting.

The hotel apartment is converted from an old post office. The facilities are very new and the ceilings in the room are very high! The space feels very comfortable. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby, which is suitable for office work and business travel! Convenient transportation, two stops to Kingscross, and buses go directly to Oxford Street and the University of the British Empire.

I stayed at this hotel for a 10-day business trip to Jakarta. The location was very convenient, right next to Lotte Department Store, so shopping and dining were just a 10-minute walk away. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic, surrounded by tall buildings, giving it a very business-like feel. I specifically asked the front desk to arrange a room on a high floor, 35th, and the view was indeed spectacular. One evening after a heavy rain, I even saw a double rainbow, which was a delightful surprise. The only downside was probably the limited breakfast options; it was the same few items every day, quite inferior compared to other hotels of the same caliber I've stayed at before.

Booked the **R DELUXE** type... it was incredibly SATISFYING, from the very FRIENDLY service to the facilities & kitchen equipment in the room... I requested a rice cooker and it was provided! This aparthotel is perfect for a large family... THANK YOUUU

Great hotel to  stay in the near future as things are still in the process of building up. More dining options and shops wil be opening up soon at the mall that is connected to the hotel. Thus making it very convenient in the near future for anyone who stays at the hotel.

The room was great as it was big,spacious and have loads of storage space. The Television have access to Netflix and Youtube for us to log in. 

A few downside during my stay was: 
1- cleaning crew did not top up the tissue in my room.
2- the room slippers wasnt replace when they cleared after making the room. 
3- coffee sachet wasnt toped up as well. 
4- could have done a better job in vacuuming and mopping of the room floor. 
5 - the breakfast was a disappointing as they didnt topped up the dishes that was empty. I waited from the moment i begin the breakfast buffetand waited abt 40 mins to see if the crew topped up the dishes but sadly, it wasn’t change ir even topped up. For the price that i paid, i would say that the breakfast was really really a disappointment. Spread wasn’t great enough too.

However, great job to the front desk as the check in and check out process was quick. Overall, great hotel with room for improvement.
