Family-friendly Hotels in Tokyo

Staff offered assistance the very moment the taxi door was opened. Warm reception and staff escorted me to my room and explained the amenities in detail. Tried three breakfast options. All good. Almost all staff were pleasant and spoke good English. Location was great as Metro station was just round the corner. View was splendid and I walked at the park for a while after breakfast every day. Only that the hotel was a bit worn out with small holes in bed sheets and a tiny spot of toothpaste was found near the sink. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Good sized room with a decent sized bathroom. You can choose from a number of eateries for the included breakfast. The breakfast buffet alone was worth the stay. It is right next to Shinagawa station, which allows for easy access to the metro, JR Lines, and Shinkansen

Classical hotel with modern facilities. We stayed in the Deluxe twin room, walk-in wardrobe with dressing table, bathroom with separate toilet, shower and bathtub, and two basins, bedroom with lounge, dining table and desk. There are both 110/240 volt power supply everywhere in the room, which is really convenient if you need to use equipment using 240 volt power supply. The room is huge, a total of 54 square meters! Services were excellent, I called the hotel to let them know that we will be arriving around 7am due to the flight schedule, when we arrived at 6am, surprisingly, our room was ready to check in! Restaurants were superb and the strawberry afternoon tea in the lobby was excellent. Hotel also has a full size gym, a huge swimming pool and a big spa as well. Overall, it is a great hotel!

Nice and new hotel located close to train station. The room is clean and tidy with spacious area even it’s a 3-bed room. The breakfast is fantastic with varieties in Japanese and Western style for your selection. It’s a good choice when you stay at Tokyo Bay Area.

Location is good, just opposite Ueno JR station and Metro is just right next to the hotel.  Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, very convenient.   The room is spacious and cozy compared with most of the hotels in Tokyo.   Friendly staff who offered free early check in for us.  This is the second time I stay in this hotel, sure will stay again for my next visit to Tokyo.

The room is very spacious for Tokyo. The hotel is modern and clean. Service is friendly and convenient for English speakers. Buffet breakfast is good. The hotel also has a small gym with cardio machines, benches and weights.

It was a wonderful hotel. I would recommend it to everyone. The room was spacious and beautiful. The bath and shower were also spacious and comfortable. It was our anniversary, and when we told the hotel reception, they gave us a complimentary message plate at dinner. The bar also had a beautiful night view and a great atmosphere. We used the large public bath and sauna in the morning. It was on a high floor and had a great view. There was no cold bath, but the dry sauna and steam sauna were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was high quality, and the atmosphere and service were excellent.

Breakfast: 5 kinds of Indian curry and 2 types of nann bread , I think this is the highlight. Others are common types of breakfast, including salad bar, bread, coffee and tea and some local Japanese. The service is until 930. But the team was nice to let us have our breakfast when we arrived at 9:50. We are greatful. Room was very simple with LG dry machine but we didn't use it. No water in room. Only one pillow per person. The location is pretty ok, two stops from Ueno station.

Love the location, near to Tsukiji market and there is a bus a few mins away that takes us straight to Ginza. Room is spacious and clean with amenities to take in the lobby area. Overall experience was good! Will definitely stay in this hotel again in Tokyo!

The largest room for our family of 5 was functional but cramped. Can’t expect much for a Tokyo hotel. Hotel was very generous with amenities from face mask, face serum, lotion and potion to comb, hair tie tea and coffee. Everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and shopping too. One major negative was the Chinese cleaner. She barged into our room with her key card saying that she had to go off work and must clean our room! She proceeded to clean our toilet while we were inside the room trying to get ready. Very unhappy with this customer service.
