ok ish hotel within walking distance to metro. staff wanted to take our keys when we went out but didnt tell us when we checked in. would be good to be clear.

It is close to Otsuka Station.
Shibuya and Akihabara are both not that far away by subway, so it wasn't bad.

The room is very clean and quiet at night. It is very convenient for business trips and travel. It is close to the bus station. There are many restaurants around. There are also many supermarkets and pharmacies nearby.

It was a bit inconvenient for me because I didn’t have a separate shoe rack!
The location is good as it is just a 200-300 walk from the station.
I think you'll hear all the noise from afar, so it's better to be quiet.

There are no separate reservations for non-smoking and smoking rooms. We probably booked a smoking room because the smell of smoke was very strong. The hotel does not have humidifiers and conditioners, so those who are concerned may want to pay attention.
