The hotel is of high quality and good location. It is next to Tokyo Daimaru Department Store and 1.5 kilometers away from Ginza. The best executive room experience is at Tokyo Shangri-La: the hotel decoration design is tasteful, and the hotel, which has been open for more than ten years, is very well maintained. We need to lay a sofa bed in the living room of the suite. The service staff completes it meticulously according to the bed-making standards of a five-star hotel. Before leaving, they also take the initiative to check if there are any imperfections and take the initiative to tidy them up; the executive room provides hotel-ordered bottled water and free wifi in the room.
