The room is super big and with king size bed 🛌 We can view the Tokyo tower in our room balcony 🗼 Must order in room service breakfast the night before 😍most of the staffs in Japan do not speak fluent English but this hotel do! Staffs are helpful and polite The bathroom got a jacuzzi 😍 super nice Skincare set is available !

Fantastic location once you figure out which exit to take from Tokyo Station (it’s the Nihombashi exit, near the Yaesu North and Marunouchi North exits). Made the mistake of not checking this before our arrival and ended up walking through the whole Tokyo station with luggage in tow - not a good experience given how crowded the station gets. While the proximity to the station is a plus (with the various food and shopping options within the station and for traveling out), there aren’t many convenience stores around as it is more of a business area - something travellers tend to look for as part of the quintessential Japan travelling experience. The rooms are located 28 floors and above, so you get a really great view of the city. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side as expected of Tokyo, but it was still comfortable for two. What’s great is the vending machine, coin laundry and ice machine in the hotel!! The gym isn’t much (just treadmill, elliptical machine), so something to be mindful of if you’re planning on keeping to your workout routine.

Hoshinoya is a very distinctive hotel. From the moment you enter the lobby, you have to take off your shoes. The lobby, corridors, elevators, and rooms are all decorated in tatami style, which is very clean. There is a very good hot spring on the top floor. After enjoying the hot spring, you will be served a glass of delicious ice milk. It is worth staying. Because the distance between the buildings is small, it is dark in the room, and there is no problem staying at night. But it will be a bit uncomfortable to stay in the hotel all day. The set meals ordered into the room are exquisite, but monotonous. So you can't always order in the room. This is the second time I have stayed in the same hotel, and the feeling is a little different. The first time was a bit shocking and very special. The second time, the experience is still very good, and the service quality must be five stars. Some waiters at the front desk are not good at English. Finally, a special point, in the afternoon, there was a traditional performance in the lobby, which echoed the traditional Japanese style inside the building, and it was very stylish.

Room was quite small but expected for a hotel in the city. Some of the reception staff were helpful but some were a little rude. Cleanliness was not really up to expections but given the high volume of people in the hotel, it seems like they cannot keep up with the cleaning. Was quite disappointed as our stays in another onyado nono hotel was an amazing experience hence we wanted to come back to the same chain again.

I am really pleased with the hotel. Location: a few minutes' walk from the Asakusa Toei line or Ginza metro line stations, though do note that there is no lift at the exits closest to the hotel. Many eateries within a stone's throw away, including ramen shops that open till late as well as a Matsuya that opens early for an affordable breakfast. About a 8 minute walk to a large, 24 hour Don Quijote. And of course, the namesake Kaminarimon and the Sensoji temple are within view. There is also a supermarket right at the ground floor of the hotel providing even more convenience. Cleanliness: daily housekeeping and room and bathroom kept spotlessly clean. Amenities: there is an excellent terrace for hotel guests only, with commanding views of the Skytree, the Sensoji temple, and the Asakusa area in general. No in-house onsen, but this is expected for this price range. Toiletries are provided. Service: very warm and nothing was too much trouble for the team. I did not take breakfast from the hotel so I cannot comment on that. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location; service is excellent. Staff always greet you when you arrive/return to the hotel. The room is a little bit small but considered it is normal in Tokyo. Like this Art style decoration setting. Room is clean and the staff has done a good job in cleaning. Hotel check-in is at 25/F with a good view of Tokyo's skyline. There is wine tasting and beer station next to the receptionist. Overall, great hotel

Stayed 4 nights with no housekeeping. Need to pay Yen 2,000 if you want the room to be cleaned. The room is small, and there is no sink in the toilet (it's outside). A high curb separates the bedroom and toilet floor. The only plus point is the view of Tokyo Skytree from the room window.

Best word to describe the hotel PERFECT! Location is near to the train station(few different station) all by walking. If U don’t have a picky eater in ur family it’s food heaven there. Extremely clean . All staff extremely friendly. Oh room kind of small. But enough for us . 2 kids 2 adult 4 luggage. Only one huge luggage the rest cabin size. Oh and the projector u need ur phone to cast on the canvas. Love love this hotel. Definitely will be back here again! Look at the bar area!

It was very easy to move to the city because the subway station was very close, and there was a fish market in front of the hotel, so it was good to eat, and the rooftop hot spring facility was also open on the front, so it was very good to use the night hot spring facility, and there were many very good places to take pictures outside the room, elevator, hotel lobby, and hotel, so I used it well for four days.
