🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I highly recommend Hotel Bjelašnica! The staff is incredibly polite and professional, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The food is delicious, and the peaceful location is perfect for relaxation. The lobby ambiance with its pleasant music adds a nice touch. The swimming pool offers warm water, perfect for unwinding, and the rooms are spotless and well-maintained. The staff treats you like family, ensuring a truly memorable experience. A perfect getaway spot!

Hotel is disrespectful to the guests... We paid advance payment of 309,00 EUR but there was a 48 hour cancellation policy, meaning I as a guest could cancel a reservation within 48 hours before arrival and the hotel will do a full refund. We did cancel 48h before arriving date because there was no snow! That was in February and now in May still no refund even though they are promising via emails... Not recommended to have any business with this hotel!

Bakıma girmesi gerekiyor. Doğa manzaralı oda isteyin . Çam ağaçları ve karlı dağlar güzel görünüyor. Otelede 3-5 kişi vardı bize inşaat manzaralı oda vermişler :)Otelin girişinde mermerlerde kırıklar var. Havuz ve jakuzi var. Sauna var ama soğuk :) 10 euroya ısıtılıyor .Prizler yastık arkasında. Dizayn hatası. Saç kurutma çalışmıyor. Sabah kahvaltıdaki kahve makinası , nescafe tadında kısaca beklentinizi yüksek tutmayın . Tek güler yüzlü garson Pasha ona teşekkür ediyoruz. Kayak yapmak için kullanılabilir, 10 dk lık yüreme mesafesinde pistler var. Yolda küçük klübede etli börek yiyebilirsiniz. Pistlere çok yakın benzer fiyatlı oteller de var. Geçen hafta kar yoktu. Kar olmadan keyifli olmuyor, dikkat edin
