Very accommodating front desk staff. Amenities you won't find it better than Vientiane Luxury Hotel are: The Gym, the pool, and the room cleanliness. It could use a little improvement on the elevator video display. It would be nice if the music from the display is more traditional like Lao bamboo flute or traditional music. Also show case the gym and pool more. 9.2 out of 10.

Very nice swimming pool, but my room was on the other side of it. Reception tried to overcharge us twice.

I recently stayed at Ibis Vientiane Nam Phu and had an exceptional experience. It’s an OK budget option. Our room was next to the pump for the swimming pool, which was so noisy that it rendered the room uninhabitable during the afternoon. Also there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. We asked the staff to spray the room when we were out. I don’t know whether they sprayed it or not but there were still lots when we got back in the evening.

The accommodation is old , near the night market , breakfast is limited items. But receptionists very nice person all stuff are good behavior. Aircon is old not cooling, WiFi not working .shampoo no have in room. They open small shop in room fridge selling snacks and soft drinks 😆

Opposite Talat Sao Mall. A short walk to Patuxay (monument), Vientiane Bus Station, Vientiane Center and the newly opened Parkson. Room has a window and it’s large with bed head lights both sides. When I switch off the light, the little light on the switch is on so I know that switch is off. This will avoid the case that instead of turning off the last light, I turn on the room light and will wake my spouse up. Room is old, bed sheets are old and there are wear and tear furnitures but very convenient to stay. The decoration style is bright and cheerful and I love it.

Decent hotel in between the airport and downtown. A bit smoky smelling in the elevator and the hallways with a lingering odor in the room. WiFi was not the best, streaming was spotty. The restaurant was good with a large selection of Chinese food. The nearby temple sounded the drums and gong early in the morning and several times throughout the day. Even though the front desk had to be reminded of the type of room booked the service was okay.

Although the hotel is not large, the location is very good and you can walk to the night market. You can also walk to a large shopping center in about 15 minutes. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious.

Close to Xihong Night Market, the hotel includes breakfast, good service, luggage has a waiter to help you move, but there is no elevator, very small hotel, the room is small, the hotel is in China, this price is not worth it

Very good hotel. Staff was friendly. Location is very good for going to the night market. Price is not high and rooms are well cleaned. Only inconvenience is climbing stairs. Breakfast is the same every day, so it would be nice if there was some variation if you are staying for consecutive nights.
