Housekeeping is thorough and meticulous; there's no dust on surfaces or in corners. Hot water is consistent, and Wi-Fi signal is strong throughout. With a desk, blackout curtains, and complete toiletries, it truly feels like a home away from home. The service is exceptionally thoughtful. The 24-hour front desk handles check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and the staff are friendly and proactive, offering advice on sightseeing routes and luggage storage. The buffet breakfast on the second floor offers a rich variety, including Chinese and Western dishes, local snacks, and pastries, all authentic in taste.
