Swissôtel Xi’an Xinxing Hot Spring

I have stayed here many times. The overall service of all the staff is very good. The concierge and front desk can feel its high quality and professional service in every place. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is super comfortable, and the facilities are all available. The staff is warm and polite, very enthusiastic, considerate and professional, and always meets my needs at the first time. The stay here is an excellent experience, highly recommended!

I was afraid of being cold after the bath, so I turned on the air conditioner in the room at most to 19 degrees. I turned on the electric heater with an automatic timer, but it stopped automatically at night. The private hot spring ran out of water at 11pm, so I couldn't bathe there.

It was my first time staying at a hotel with a sky front desk. I felt a little dizzy when I took the elevator. I wanted to stay there the next day but there were no rooms. The breakfast in the restaurant was OK, but I didn't experience the hot springs or the bath.

I was fortunate to stay at the Emerging Spa Swissotel. This stay experience impressed me so much that I couldn't help but want to share it with you. First of all, when I entered the hotel lobby, the first feeling was that it was spacious and bright, and the decoration style was modern yet warm. The front desk receptionist was smiling, Xiao Feng's service attitude was very good, and the check-in procedure was quick and efficient. The interior of the room surprised me again and again. The space is spacious, the layout is reasonable, and every detail reveals exquisiteness and comfort. The bed is soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep until dawn and completely relax my body and mind. The bathroom facilities are complete, clean and tidy, especially the warm lighting, which makes people feel very comfortable. The service of the hotel is even better. Whether it is the front desk room service or the catering service, it reflects a high standard. I would like to especially mention the hotel's restaurant, which has rich dishes and authentic tastes, which makes me feast my mouth. In addition, the hotel also provides many additional facilities and services, such as gyms, swimming pools, hot springs, etc., so that I can stay healthy while relaxing. In general, this stay in the hotel was very pleasant and made me feel the warmth and comfort of home. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends.
