The service at the front desk was really bad and unprofessional. We stayed for two nights in total. On the first night, there was no hot water in the room and the water temperature was very cold. I reported it to the front desk and they told me that the water heater was under maintenance and would be fixed by tomorrow night. The feedback was that the room was very cold and the heating could not be turned on. There was no solution and they didn't even send me a bed or quilt. 雖然是一家新開業的酒店，但是服務和衞生一點都不輸其他酒店，入住前會打電話詢問房間需求，酒店在廣場裏停車場不好找，致電前台後前台也會安排工作人員下來接，房間衞生也很乾凈，因為是帶了女兒非常喜歡他們酒店的親子房，路過的每一個服務員都會很熱情的打招呼，如果小孩今天穿了一件漂亮裙子，服務員們也毫不吝嗇自己的誇讚，換着花樣誇小孩，小孩每次都被誇的很開心。由於自己工作原因，酒店很多節假日的活動小孩都沒有參與上，但是酒店的服務員都記得，每次有活動用品或者新的玩具，一定會留一份給小孩，有一次在洗衣服的時候小朋友看到酒店員工在送宵夜，看起來很精緻小朋友也很喜歡一直嚷嚷着，一問才知道是酒店會員的專屬宵夜，我們是沒有的，但是後面我們回房間後酒店的工作人員特意打電話過來説給小朋友也準備了一份這點讓我十分感動，小孩也都特別喜歡這邊的漂亮姐姐們，每次來廈門都住這，以後還會常來
