"My business trip to Xinxiang Licheng Hotel was a truly exceptional experience, exceeding all expectations. I have to give it a thumbs up! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could sense the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. Check-in was efficient and quick. The front desk attendant, Ms. Yan, was incredibly attentive and provided helpful reminders about nearby business amenities, which was incredibly helpful for us business travelers. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-organized layout. The work area was spacious and bright, with comfortable lighting and desk and chair heights, making for incredibly efficient work. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sink into a deep sleep after a tiring day, restoring my energy for the next day. The breakfast was plentiful, featuring both local specialties and classic fare, and the flavors were excellent, providing a quick way to recharge for the day. The hotel's location is also convenient, offering easy access to the business district and client companies, and is surrounded by numerous transportation and dining options. Overall, I couldn't fault the facilities or the service. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next business trip to Xinxiang! Highly recommended to anyone traveling for business."

"Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior. Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city. The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them). The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time). There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them"

Since I arrived at the hotel at 8pm in a hurry, the hotel actually has free dinner (18:30-21:30) which is very nice It's a surprise, free coffee drinks and snacks in the lobby bar, free cans of Coke, Sprite, tea bags and candies in the room. Staff members consistently offered polite greetings, making the entire experience incredibly pleasant. "The hotel is not far from Xiaopang. It's about 800-900 meters on foot. During the walk, we also passed by a delicious Roujiamo restaurant. There is a parking lot in the courtyard and the security is very responsible. Four-star standard, complete hardware facilities, and a very new atmosphere. The handsome guy at the front desk was quite enthusiastic and fast. He sent me to the elevator and repeatedly told me to take the Atour Hotel's dedicated elevator. The room is not too big, the layout is convenient, and it is fairly clean. The decoration smell is quite strong at the entrance. Then they said they were almost the same. I didn't know what the difference was! I had to ask about the breakfast time and the elevator location. They didn't tell me when I gave the room card. The overall layout of the room was satisfactory. It was a pity that there was no bathrobe, not to mention breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant around 8:35. After looking around, there was really nothing to eat. I saw that there was noodle soup and ordered one. The price of 38 yuan per person was enough for girls to fill their stomachs, but it was embarrassing for boys. I finished it all, and the noodle soup was not ready in 20 minutes. My husband asked three or four times in the middle. The last time he asked to wait a while. I was really impressed. The breakfast was bad! ! !"
