"Very conveniently located two minutes drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminal. The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province."

"This was my first time to Longhu Town, Zhengzhou, to send my child to school. Before I came, I looked for a hotel online and saw that Hongde Renwen Hotel had good reviews, so I decided to book it. I called the front desk girl before coming, and she very politely upgraded us to a suite. I stayed here for three days. The environment was very nice, clean and hygienic. The service staff were polite and enthusiastic. Because I had to go to Kaifeng for two days, I booked a room in advance. I will stay here again if I have the chance."

"The service of this hotel is very good. When checking in, the room card could not be swiped, and the waiter assisted in taking the luggage to the room. It's done when you come back from dinner. The room is large, clean and the environment is elegant. The hotel also provides welcome fruits, snacks and drinks. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and the environment is spacious and comfortable. Next time I come to Xinzheng, I will stay here again."

It's not canned like other hotels. It also comes with conditioner. The room is also smart throughout the house. The toilet seat is also heated and has a bathroom heater. Hygiene: Very clean, not inferior to star hotels. The mattress in the room is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Will come again next time.
Facilities: Everything is available, including disposable supplies. Environment: The location is better. The room I stayed in can see Shuanghe Lake and the musical fountain in summer.

GGuest UserI had a nice experience at the hotel. The Hotel is located very close to the airport. It also has a good environment and amenities. In addition, all staff I met were both professional and hospitable. Though we had a slight challenge communicating due to language barrier, the staff was able to work around it to attend to all my needs. I also enjoyed free shuttle services to pick up my family from the airport and subsequent drop off at the train station.
I will not hesitate to choose the hotel when next I am in that vicinity. I recommend others to give it a try.
