Friendly staff, very new spacious and tidy hotel. A little understaffed as breakfast food not replaced quickly enough during busy times, but generally an excellent experience.

Likes the breakfast, room was huge. Great if you’re skiing or snowboarding at Ryu.
However, hotel does not have parking, requires snowmobile to shuttle up and down or sometimes climb the hill if the shuttle is not available.
Overall, I would visit again only if I’m skiing there.

The hotel is great, very clean, unlike some old spa hotels in Japan, the rooms are spacious and bright, there is a dungeon common area, for a group of friends to talk and drink, the best thing is that the hotel has a washer and dryer, a restaurant, The waiter was very gifted, and the hotel is next to the ski resort, you can not have to take a car to the ski resort, very convenient, and can always return to the hotel halfway to rest, do not have to wait for the shuttle, great!

At Ryuoo ski park, T hotel should be the most luxurious option Rooms: big, modern , comfy, fantastic bathrooms. For hotels at ski slopes w ski -in /out access, the room is awesome Service : Top notch service from all staff, and snow buggy drivers. I arrived late at night, and I realized later on, that the snow buggy drivers and receptionist stayed behind to wait for me. Usually, snow buggy ceased operations about 8pm. Restaurants : decent breadfast. Lunch and dinner menu is not extensive but ok. Very Limited f&b options in the area. Location: on the slopes. During winter, free parking available at ryuoo open air carpark. But if u have big luggages, u have to inform hotel to send snow buggy for pick up. Small fee required. Pick up point is at ryuoo ski rental next to information centre Overall, i had a fantastic 5d4n stay at T hotel. Tks to all hotel staff
