There are huge gaps between the tiles and the laminate on the kitchen floor. The shower stall does not close completely, and every time after taking a shower on the warm floor (it is apparently for drying these huge puddles) a lake the size of Sevan is formed. There used to be a hygienic shower near the toilet, but now it is gone, only a "sad" holder on the wall remains.
