Popular Zagreb 4-star Hotels

The hotel is particularly exquisite. No matter the facilities, services, dining, etc., it is very attentive and the details are very good! The decoration style of the room is very consistent with my aesthetic. I will recommend it to more friends! The hotel is located in Buda, Budapest. It is very convenient to the Fisherman's Bastion, the Royal Palace, and the Elizabeth Bridge. Next door is a large shopping mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There is a park downstairs, and it is especially comfortable to walk in the morning and evening! Stayed for many days in a row!

Everything is nice except the fact that this is the first hotel that I've been to that the housekeeping came by so early. They will leave a note by the door saying that you are supposed to contact the receptionist to ask for them to clean (everyday if you miss them). Which is what I did, but then one day they still didn't come by and clean (not sure why). I think the system could have been better by maybe having two side of door note so the housekeeping will also know if you want your room to be cleaned or not. The rest I can't really complain, breakfast spread is good. Location wise is a bit off but walkable to tram stops, again depending on where you are heading to.

Stayed here 2 nights on our way from Copenhagen, Denmark to Dubrovnik, Croatia. At arrival we were greeted by an efficient and professional receptionist. We’d not been sure about parking facilities but it turned out to be the best possible. Just by the hotel with easy entrance directly to the hotel elevator. And the offered charging for electric cars! 16 euros pr night (excluding charging of course). Our room was on the 19th floor with amazing view over the city. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning extremely silent but efficient. It was also possible to open the windows for fresh air during the nights. The pool on the top floor was quite crowded the day we arrived but looked very nice and on the second day it actually rained so we missed to try it out. But we did take advantage of the fitness facilities that. Are pretty decent for a hotel standard.

Comfortable, clean, and awesome breakfast! We only stayed one night, but enjoyed the evening. The hotel is close to all the sights. We walked everywhere and nothing was far at all. The city is compact so it’s easy to get around on foot. Our room was great. We accidentally got a room with twin beds but it was only one night so we were fine. The room was quite spacious for a European hotel. The shower would be a little small if you’re a large person. We’re not so the shower was perfect. This is the nicest Best Western that I have been in. Also, the breakfast was amazing!! We had a glass of champagne with our breakfast. We definitely would stay again.

It's good to have a famous tourist attraction in Zagreb within 1km.The cleaning condition is clean and the breakfast is simple, but the taste is good. But the parking fee is too expensive. 15 euros per night. It's not a parking lot business, but it's all received by their hotel guests.

The President of Turkey was visiting at the same time and although some side streets were closed we eventually arrived to the garage. This did not affect the service of the staff as they were just as helpful as usual. The decor of the hotel is very attractive and the room was very clean. The breakfast is amazing with a huge selection of breakfast foods as well as cooked items, cakes, vegetables, etc. You can be reassured if an item is left in the room from your trip it will be taken to the from office and reported. We forgot our passports and my jewelry in the safe only to discover them when we tried to check in Rovinj. The front office had tried to call us however we did not have service driving over the mountain. We returned to pick them up and everything was accounted there. What an awesome hotel!

The location of the hotel is very convenient to travel, the attractions are right in front of you, the service facilities and sanitation are very good, we can have a hot water bottle in winter, the room is also very spacious, behind is a wine bar street, summer must be very lively. Recommended!

One of the few hotels in the centre of Zagreb which has parking (additional charges apply)… really friendly welcome with a glass of bubbly was a great start… all the reception staff were so welcoming & friendly and willing to put up ( and help) with my miserable attempts at trying to speak Croatian! Lovely breakfast also. Great location for exploring both high (old) town and low town. Great value as well

Great location for visiting Zagreb’s Old Town. Take the airport bus, then change to tram number 8, which is closer than tram number 6 and try to catch tram number 8 (easy to find when walking on Google Maps) The super supermarket (Korean standard) on the first floor is open until late at night, which is very convenient. Room facilities, Wi-Fi, bathroom This is a modern building, very good. There is a built-in desk in the room, so it is very convenient to use a laptop. Very close to the center of the old city as you can see on the map. The location is also suitable for family travel. The location is really good..... The reception staff are very helpful. This guy is so nice...too many speakers...great. It is so close to the old town that it is very convenient to visit the sights at night. It's easy to get to the comfortable pasture, and the dinner only dropped 30m. Breakfast Breakfast is located on the first floor (Korean standard). Better, the food is delicious. This is a local egg dish and wonton-like dish, really good. The bathroom is large and the room has enough space. Separate disposable slippers are provided. The tip I got from the tour guide was a guest taxi, and it was 100 kuna to the airport. Two or more people seem to manage their time much better than buses and trams. Call reception.

The room was ready by 11:00am so I could check in early and leave my luggage. I have a safety concern and it is that the code to access the main door is the same one to your room door, so unless everyone has a different code for both the main door and their room door (which is the same), any of the other residents can basically access your room since everyone shares the same code. The location is very good, very close to the main attractions. At times, there was a strange noise coming from the patio. Overall, decent experience.
