Check in was very smooth. Room is new and modern which i think they did renovation. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Good location and easy access from Zermatt Bahnhof. Limited Menities and wifi was bad.
Breakfast included was decent and nice touch, complimentary tea time every afternoon 4-6pm.
Overall good value for money.

The staff are very friendly. Recommended us a lot of places and best spot to view the Matterhorn. Even have afternoon tea session provided for free.

Hotel is clean and comfortable but my swimsuit got stolen. I forgot it in the room upon checkout. 2 hours later I remembered i left it hanging on the door - went back to hotel to retrieve it and staff said they couldn’t find it. 2 days later I called and they still couldn’t find it - so it’s clear it was stolen. I am rather disappointed. Definitely not coming back.

Very convenient to train station;
Fruitful breakfast with special tea time for holiday;
But it is disappointed that we can’t see Matterhorn directly as sunrise.
