"It's small but has everything you need. The downsides are no air conditioning, and even with an elevator, you still have to carry heavy luggage up a few steps to get into the room. Also, there's no service provided after 9 PM, except for emergencies. However, our pillows were too flat, so we went to the front desk after 9 PM for help, and a kind staff member brought us extra pillows. Overall, the environment is quite good."

"The room is very simple, decorated with logs, very warm. The breakfast is not varied, but of good quality. The problem is that the hotel is built on a snowy mountain at an altitude of nearly 2,600 meters, and is completely accessible by alpine rack railway. The train stops running after 6 or 7 in the evening, and the first train is not until 7:46 the next day. The hotel front desk is closed after 8 pm. The high altitude reaction is very obvious, and if you encounter an emergency, you can't cope with it at all. So, if you are older, please don't choose to stay. Ctrip has not fulfilled its responsibility to remind you, and it is a serious bad review!"

"You can spot the hotel from the shuttle train. The two-bedroom apartment was really spacious, and after a week in Switzerland, this is where we finally felt like we were on vacation. In the morning, heading to the restaurant, we even saw black-faced sheep wandering around! Breakfast was decent, nothing special but filling. The restaurant has a big screen, just like the Zermatt app, showing live feeds from several classic spots on the Matterhorn. It's worth checking out – if the weather's bad, you'll know not to bother going up the mountain and wasting your money."

"Overall a pretty okay stay if you are not fussy. 10 minutes walk from Zermatt station, easy to access. Fret not if you are staying in the higher floors, there’s an elevator. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Path is well lit at night. Bed and toilet are clean, the floor is abit dusty but not a big issue for me :) PS, this hotel is nit allowed to use our own hair dryer due to voltage, hair dryer is provided by the hotel. No using of heating / cooking too."

"It's inconvenient halfway up the mountain. No one will be in the lobby after 8pm. So even if something goes wrong in the middle of the night, no one will care about you. It's very dangerous. I found out when I arrived at the hotel that I had to pay more because some rooms in the hotel are set up for single occupancy. I had to pay attention to the options when booking a room. Dinner is small"
