"The front desk service was excellent. They thoroughly explained the hotel facilities. At checkout, they provided a car to the train station. Actually, they could have picked me up from the station too, but I was worried about my language skills so I didn't call. It wasn't a far walk anyway. The room had a balcony overlooking a hillside, offering mountain views and fresh air."

"The first impression was poor customer service, there were no front desk staff nor anyone to receive or direct customers on arrival, only a small notice to inform customers to check-in in another hotel. The room facilities and furnishings were rather old, the beds were more like extra bed’s bed frame and mattresses were barely 4 inches thick, can’t provide the support needed. As Zermatt is an international tourist destination, there is no English channels on the TV programmes. Breakfast provided was very simple, mainly bread, some bakery n cereals. Would not recommend anyone to stay. Only plus point is location nearby train station n town centre."

"It was good! It was very good! The room is compact but has everything. However, the previous guest had left bananas in the refrigerator, so it smelled like bananas, which was a bit spicy since I don't like bananas. The hot water flowed well and above all, there was a bathtub, so I took a soak for the first time in a while and got rid of my fatigue.🛁♨️ The lady at the reception was also kind and kind. Also, what I would like to recommend above all is the breakfast🥞 I was disappointed that there were no vegetables, but the cafeteria was cute and the Indian female staff member was very impressive. The prosciutto, cheese, and butter that are unique to Switzerland were also very delicious!"

"It's small but has everything you need. The downsides are no air conditioning, and even with an elevator, you still have to carry heavy luggage up a few steps to get into the room. Also, there's no service provided after 9 PM, except for emergencies. However, our pillows were too flat, so we went to the front desk after 9 PM for help, and a kind staff member brought us extra pillows. Overall, the environment is quite good."
