Family-friendly Hotels in Zhoushan

I spent 3 nights in Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel. Service is really good, staff is polite and competent (English speak as well). Restaurant is really good, for breakfast and for dinner as well (buffet style with fresh fish). BUT I gave 1 Star to facilities since I choose this hotel for the beautiful (on picture from the website) outdoor pool, but with my big surprise, it was not available, just few cm of water and the bottom of the pool was slimy..... Staff said that since last year pool is not available and used just for small child with inflatables. Towel service also not available. I really think that this detail should be remarked in the website otherwise people can be misled (like me)

A great hotel with beautiful surroundings, clean and spacious rooms, and professional and patient service. I would like to especially praise the front desk staff, Xiao Wang, who is warm and thoughtful, and tries to help arrange special requests. I stayed in a sea view room on the 14th floor. As soon as I came in, I saw a beautiful sea view. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows allowed the sun to shine in well, so there was no moisture in the room. The quilt was fluffy and dry. The bathroom was also spacious, with complete supplies and good sound insulation. I basically couldn't hear the sound of the guests around me, and I slept more peacefully at night. Breakfast is on the 19th floor. You can enjoy the scenery while eating breakfast. The dishes are quite rich and I am very satisfied with the food. Downstairs is the commercial area, which is convenient for eating and walking. It is relatively close to drive to Donghe Seafood Market or Zhujiajian Wugongzhi Wharf, and you can also ride a bicycle to travel around the island. Overall, it is a very good hotel. I will stay there again if I have the chance!

If you want to increase it, each bottle is 5 yuan. If there is no large-scale facility reinstallation and concept upgrade, I will not stay again in the future. One thing worth praising is that after checking out, I deposited my luggage at the concierge, traveled lightly, and finally went directly to the pier to inform the hotel to bring the luggage over by shuttle bus, which was very convenient.

The family room we booked is also very large. It is a first-class hotel in Putuoshan. The room is very clean, and the celadon ornaments and water cups are elegant and Zen. The service is also good. The hotel is in a good location not far from the pier, and it is in the best location of Meiqin Road. It is very convenient to eat in the surrounding food city. After comparison, the food at the hotel is affordable and reasonably priced, the taste is very good, and the service is good. We had two meals in our hotel, and won a 50-yuan restaurant voucher by participating in the hotel's Spring Festival lucky draw, which is very affordable. In short, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel!

The package also includes a hot spring ticket for Haitian Terrace. The hot spring environment by the sea is very comfortable. You can soak in the hot spring while watching the sea. The service of Master Ma in the hot spring area is also super good. Although there were only two of us that day, he was still very enthusiastic to bring hot tea, and he was busy in and out to help us test the water temperature of each pool.
