Service: Full marks for service💯 We were given a reminder to go to the island before we took off. Flights were suspended due to fog in the morning. We resumed flights after landing. We got on the speedboat and informed the housekeeper. The boat was already waiting at the dock when we got off. He helped us carry our luggage throughout the journey. We arrived at the hotel and are now resting in the lobby to eat fruit and drink coffee. We gave our ID cards to the staff to help us check in directly. After a good rest, the housekeeper helped carry our luggage and took us to the room. At night, the child had diarrhea due to poor acclimatization. The housekeeper helped to send Huoxiang Zhengqi water and montmorillonite powder. Basically, if there was a need, it would be solved within five minutes. My grandma and I went out early the next morning, and the child stayed in the hotel to rest by himself. Because the stomach still hurt, the housekeeper helped to go out to buy medicine and sent breakfast to the room. My grandma and I didn't come back by the check-out time, and the hotel The hotel directly helped to send the children and luggage to the car that was picked up by another hotel, which was worry-free and labor-saving. Although I couldn't see the Guanyin of the South China Sea due to the fog, the overall view was also very good and very artistic Facilities: There are scripture copying rooms, laundry rooms, chess♟️ rooms, etc. on the third floor, which are very convenient. You can also bring the scriptures back to the room and copy them and put them on the third floor The hotel can also help you make an appointment for the morning class at Puji Temple, and send it there by unified shuttle bus in the morning. Because I want to experience different hotels, I booked another night at another hotel before going to the island. Overall, the price of this hotel is proportional to the service. Very friendly and helpful reception counter services. They were very patient to answer all your questions and it was free to keep your huge luggage in the reception counter before going in to PuTuaShan. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person. I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver). Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf.

Stayed here for two days, one day at Haizhongzhou and the next day at Hilton opposite. By comparison, the environment, attitude and service of Haizhongzhou are much better than those opposite. The buffet downstairs is also great. I will stay here again next time I come.

Especially the sofa in his house is so comfortable to lie on. I really want the same one😄. The small disadvantage is that the water pressure of the shower head is a little bit small, but it doesn’t affect it at all! Maybe the shower head interface in my room is leaking a little, but the water flow is also above medium! Disadvantages: This is the only thing I need to complain about. The room may not be able to destroy the structure and carvings of the house itself because it is a historical building, so the building materials of some rebuilt places are not very good. Although I don’t have neighbors on the left and right, I didn’t expect that there are neighbors in front and behind. The family in the room behind us can take a bath and talk clearly, which is really embarrassing 😅! I was suddenly awakened by the sound of the shower next door after a good rest! There is no sound insulation at all. The door of the room is closed and the cleaning aunt at the door is talking clearly, probably because the door is an old wooden door! If you come to burn incense and want to have a good rest after a tiring day, you really can’t rest here. You will be awakened by the bear kid next door early in the morning, running around and shouting in the room! The customer service also came to see it, but because there were no extra rooms for us that day, they replaced it! The attitude of the villa staff to solve the problem is still very positive! It is recommended to travel light if you live here. There is no pick-up service at home, and there are many people on the bus! Overall, the price environment service is worth it and recognized, but it would be better if some problems can be solved! After all, whether it is a villa, a hotel or a B&B, it is a place for customers to have a good rest. If for some reason they cannot have a good sleep and rest environment, then the meaning of staying there is lost!

Breakfast is on the 19th floor. You can enjoy the scenery while eating breakfast. The dishes are quite rich and I am very satisfied with the food. Downstairs is the commercial area, which is convenient for eating and walking. It is relatively close to drive to Donghe Seafood Market or Zhujiajian Wugongzhi Wharf, and you can also ride a bicycle to travel around the island. Overall, it is a very good hotel. I will stay there again if I have the chance!

This time we booked a twin room, a standard room type. The only regret is that the two beds cannot be put together. If they were put together, it would be perfect. A children's toiletries bag was also given upon check-in, which was thoughtfully equipped with a game console. The most important thing is that this time my daughter carelessly left her textbook in the lobby, and when the front desk asked the robot to bring it up, we didn't notice it yet.
