"The room design was incredibly comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, with some lovely photo opportunities. The service was exceptionally attentive; our dedicated butler was always available at a moment's notice. Breakfast was sumptuous, the afternoon tea was delightful, and they even offered post-dinner desserts in the evening. The availability of laundry and drying services was a huge bonus! The beach is literally just 10 meters from the door, and our children had an absolute blast playing there. You could even enjoy the sunrise directly from your room early in the morning. This was truly one of the best experiences I've had – a unique seaside guesthouse indeed!"

The landlady is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the area (she's a tour guide). After assessing our physical condition, she patiently and meticulously planned our itinerary, detailing every temple, every photo spot, and every fork in the road. She even provided a map. Following the map's markings ensured we didn't miss a single attraction—she was so professional!"

"The service was absolutely fantastic, super friendly and helpful staff. The place is pretty, clean and the room is comfortable. However there was a strange thing happened in my room— there were tiny flies, a lot of them on the towels. But the second day the flies were gone. I just asked to change the towels cause it wasn’t too bad but because the service is amazing I didn’t think it was a big problem because you can always communicate nicely with them. Thank you for having us would recommend this place if anyone wants to stay somewhere in the suburbs. I was hoping the swimming pool would be open but it wasn’t I guess because it was in the winter season."

"The location of the B&B is good, on the edge of Qixing Lake, and there are scenic spots outside. The decoration is also quite unique, and they are responsible for picking up at the station. The proprietress is quite enthusiastic and gave me souvenirs when I left. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the room I stayed in is too small, and the facilities are not complete. Everything is placed on the floor or windowsill. It is much more comfortable to stay in a hotel at the same price. I decisively canceled the next day's stay and moved to the hotel."

"Found a hidden gem! Just 20 seconds from the guesthouse to Paifang Street, 60 seconds to a great food spot (Fucheng Xingchao Beef Hotpot), another 60 seconds to Xiping Road (a food street), and 180 seconds to Guangji Bridge and Guangji Tower.
The owner is incredibly cheerful and generous. Since we were traveling with kids and had a larger group, he upgraded our room for free, arranged complimentary parking, and even gave us a personalized travel itinerary. He also took us to a Hanfu store where we got to borrow Hanfu outfits for free just by mentioning his name. He even rented us his electric scooter at a super low price.

"The B&B was really easy to find, and our room was cozy and cute! My child absolutely loved the giant plush toy inside as soon as they saw it. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Best of all, they offer a free shuttle service to the Ocean Park, and we even got a ride back in the evening. The driver was so friendly and polite!"

"This is my second time staying at this guesthouse. The location is incredibly convenient, right inside the ancient city. After taking a taxi to Zhukoumen, it's just about 200 meters into the old town. It's also very close to Paifang Street, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. The environment is pleasant, and it's clean and hygienic. The owner's service attitude is also excellent. It's definitely trustworthy."

GGuest UserThe inn recommended by a friend. As soon as I arrived, I felt that my friend knew himself and it was too good. The whole space layout is very Zen, and the field is quiet.
The housekeepers are warm and thoughtful and feel at home. A small detail at the entrance of the inn also gave me a little understanding of the history of this village. In Weitang Village, the villagers used to run brick burning. The blue brick at the entrance of the inn is a witness to the history of the village.
The experience of this stay is like the name of the room I live in.

JJuujuuHuI am deeply amazed on how comfy and good this hostel is. Located in Nantou Anicent town, so close to the entrance yet surrounded with unlimited shops, foods, museums, a bakery next door serving really unique cream bread, supporting local businesses.
Upon stepping into my dorm room, I was greeted with a college like white blue vibe, decorated with art works from a girl, I love how it has its personal touch separating it from other hostel brands. It's one of a kind that is hard to find elsewhere.
My favourite is the bed. It felt like home, so cozy yet so warm, blanket felt fleecy yet not too warm or cold. The pillow was chef kissed that I planned to buy when I get home, it had the shape of where the head should be laid inwards, while supporting the neck. The bed is so comfy firm yet not super soft and not too hard like brick. There is a ”stubborn” cabinet, a shelf to put your stuff on, 2 option of light: 1 to brighten the bed up and a nice warm night light. There is space for luggage under the bed, lockers comes with a lock and key which is such a good idea, so it's for sure a very safe locker.
The metal net near the door is perfect for drying clothes with many hangers to use. They also gives a voucher sheet to use to support the local business nearby, can treat yourself with a hair cut or a massage.
Bathroom. Sink area is so cute, shower room and toilet is together, feels a bit tight but still good.
Near reception, you have free amenities to use. I wasn't very social enough so I didn't enter the other areas that has dining, laundry and the bar.
Would recommend this place to other people and coming back when in Shenzhen.

The staff were very professional and spoke softly and politely. My room felt genuinely clean, which was a huge plus! 👍 Next time I'm in Chaozhou, this will definitely be my go-to place to stay.

Room is clean and cozy, staff is friendly, dogs and cats running around the Inn are so lovely!
We borrowed two bikes from the Inn and biked along the rainbow road nearby which was really enjoyable.
We would surely choose to stay here if we visit this place again and would definitely recommend Bixiang to those who are visiting Yingde.

GGuest UserI thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Dapeng. To be able to stay within the walls of the old fort, in a lovely, 200-year-old traditional building, was a real treat. The staff at Buyan were friendly and helpful. Tony, the manager, speaks excellent English and is very knowledgeable about the area and its history.
The room itself was comfortable, and there was a sofa and chairs in the courtyard just outside.
I have only one very small criticism; the table was a little wobbly, which made it tricky to use the laptop, but that won't stop me from going back.
A really nice little place!

GGuest UserFirst off, the location is fantastic. The hotel is right next to the ancient city, and as soon as you step out, you're at Chaozhou West Lake. A quick right turn and you're in the old town. Plus, there's a bus stop right there that goes straight to Chaoshan Station and Guantang Town (for delicious beef hotpot, of course!).
As for the environment, the room was incredibly spacious and bright, with beautiful views of West Lake Park right outside the window. The hygiene was also top-notch.
The proprietress was incredibly warm and accommodating, always ready to help. She even enthusiastically shared recommendations for tourist spots and great places to eat.
Overall, a 100-star experience! I highly recommend staying here!
