Finding a place that perfectly matches your dream vacation can feel impossible. But here at Eagle Bay Retreat, we believe in making those dreams a reality. Our story began with the discovery of a secluded bay – pristine white sand and a vibrant coral reef, a true paradise. But just finding the perfect location wasn't enough. We wanted to create a space that existed in complete harmony with its surroundings. Designing the villas was a challenge we embraced. We wanted them to be a symphony of comfort and beauty. Picture breathtaking sunsets enjoyed from the bar, cool breezes wafting through on a sunny afternoon, and waking up to the magic of the morning light streaming in. The beachfront is your canvas to create unforgettable moments. Relax and soak up the sun, embrace adventure with water activities, or gather with friends around a crackling bonfire under the stars. Eagle Bay Retreat isn't just about luxury (though you'll find plenty of that, with the comfort of a 5-star hotel). It's about passion – a passion for nature, modern design, and creating a space where you can truly unwind and reconnect. Come experience the magic of Eagle Bay Retreat. Book your beach villa rental today and discover your own slice of paradise.

"We had a perfect time at Eaglebay Retreat. It’s truly an undisturbed paradise. You have an entire house and hundreds of meters of coastline all to yourself. Every morning, you can wake up in the sunshine and decide whether to go snorkeling or just relax in the sun—you have the choice. The sunsets were always perfect, and experiencing them on a paddleboard is far better than being in a crowded place like KK. At the same time, the retreat offers a wide range of activities that are both rich and reasonably priced—paddleboarding, jet skiing, kayaking, and more, so you’ll never feel bored. During our stay, Arlyn and h is family provided us with everything we needed: they inflated our paddleboards, helped us arrange sea activities, climbed trees to pick coconuts for us, and prepared delicious meals. Whenever we needed them, they were always available, without intruding on our privacy. Their presence was always perfectly balanced. I would also like to thank Faizal, who did a lot of work before our arrival, and Jamri, the kind lady who helped us recover our lost Apple Pencil during our stay. She assisted in finding it, came up with several ways to return it (considering Eaglebay Retreat’s remote location), and finally delivered it to my friend personally, asking for nothing in return. Your kindness will be remembered. Yes, I think we would definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we will visit Eaglebay again in the future."

With a stay at Lato Lato Mun Resort, you'll be all set to unwind after a day of travel. This property is home to a restaurant.

"This resort is truly beautiful — scenic, clean and affordable. The surroundings are stunning and the rooms are well-maintained. However, there were several service issues that affected our overall experience. 1. Boat pick up was said to be 1.30pm. We were made to wait on the boat for almost 30 minutes because the resort manager had gone to town to buy supplies. The transfer only proceeded after I complained to the service manager. Shouldn’t the boat came earlier if u need to buy supplies?? 2. Upon arrival at the resort, we had to wait again for check-in, even though ours was the only boat arriving and there were only four rooms to be checked in. 3. Dinner was scheduled from 7-8 PM. When we arrived at the café at around 7:30 PM, only rice and chicken were left. The vegetables and prawns had already run out. When I requested a fried egg as a replacement, I was offered clams instead. It should’t be an excuse if other customers took too much food or we came late. 7.30pm is not late. You shd manage the food serving, it was not ur 1st week of business. 4. Breakfast was scheduled from 7-8AM. We arrived at 7:20 AM, but breakfast was not ready yet. Once the food was served, guests had to queue (this is fine) but by the time it was our turn, the eggs and chicken were already finished. I had to personally knock the kitchen to inform before the food was replenished. 5. Trip.com stated that check-out time was 11:00 AM, but the front desk informed us that check-out was at 10:00 AM. Only after I pointed out the booking details was I allowed to check out at 11:00 AM. Belief they wants more ample time to tidy up the rooms at the cost of the customers. Other area that improve:- 1. When I contacted the receptionist via WhatsApp regarding a booking modification, the responses were not particularly friendly or accommodating. A more customer-oriented approach would greatly improve the guest experience. 2. The receptionist’s appearance and presentation did not seem professional. Throughout my stay, she was dressed very casually, resembling sleepwear, and I initially assumed she was part of the housekeeping team rather than the front desk staff. Overall, the resort has great potential due to its beautiful setting, cleanliness, and affordability. With improvements in service standards, communication, and guest management, it could provide a much better experience for visitors."

The OPINE.VILLAS provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The OPINE.VILLAS is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Semporna. In terms of transportation, Tawau Airport is approximately 54km away. Tawau Airport is approximately 54km away by road. Seeing Semporna's sights from this hotel is easy with Surau Al - Falah Taman Sempaul, Gelanggang Bola Tampar Gaggil and Kompleks Taman Marin Tun Sakaran all close by. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Guests of this Semporna hotel can make use of the parking facilities. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with friends.

"Unlike most guesthouses, which are typically large houses with several rooms, Pineapple Resort feels more like a hotel. It consists of a dozen small, standalone wooden cottages nestled among palm trees. The management is also quite hotel-like, and while breakfast isn't extensive, it offers a good variety. Although the resort is about five kilometers from Semporna town, considering the town's general disarray (especially near the jetty with seafood vendors and Bajau beggars), which can easily spoil a good mood, it's better to stay a bit further out in a quiet resort. Pineapple Resort offers free shuttle buses to and from Semporna jetty from morning to midday and in the evening, making transportation very convenient. What's more, it provides a warmer experience than a star-rated hotel, giving me a home-away-from-home feeling. For foodies, if you're a good cook (the resort doesn't yet have a professional chef), Pineapple Resort is happy to provide a cooking area for seafood bought from the town market, which is incredibly convenient for those of us who love beautiful views and good food."

"The advantages are good environment, single-family villas, each with a swimming pool, right by the sea, few people, quiet, and friendly waiters. But there are still many unsanitary corners, old facilities, many mosquitoes, freshly made breakfast, but few choices and not tasty, remote location, no supermarkets and restaurants around, half an hour drive to town for dinner. The kitchen is large and the kitchenware is very complete. It is really good to stay here if you are traveling with several families"

"Great, the room is very beautiful and exquisite, like a treasure trove can find countless surprises inside, quiet residence, surrounded by rainforest feeling is great. Day, sunset, night have their own beauty. The staff responded very quickly, and the staff on the spot were also very warm. Not only did they provide a reception drink, but also helped bbq to make a fire. Thank you."

Coconut Garden Resort, located in Semporna, Sabah, Malaysia, has a total area of approximately 4000 square meters and 14 guest rooms, including deluxe twin rooms, deluxe family rooms, and deluxe king rooms. Each room is equipped with 24-hour electricity, hot water, air conditioning, and other amenities. Surrounded by a whole palm grove, the air is fresh and pleasant. The surrounding facilities are a 10 minute walk to restaurants and large supermarkets, and about 3 kilometers away from the town dock. There are shuttle buses available in the morning and evening every day.

"Good parts: The host responded very promptly, the restaurant was good value for money, and the hotel would deliver when Grab refused to take us due to remoteness. Unpleasant parts: 1. The host who speaks Chinese can only be contacted online, and offline communication is difficult. I paid extra to book a French window, and the host was very considerate and said that I could check in early, but when I arrived, I found that the room type had been changed. I insisted on staying in the original room and waited outside the door for two hours. I repeatedly confirmed the drop-off point with the driver, but he still got off at the wrong place. My boyfriend almost missed the island hopping tour because of heat stroke after running wildly under the scorching sun. 2. The restaurant next door is good, but when checking out, I found that the price of each dish did not match the menu sent an hour ago, and I was charged 100 more horse, which was removed after communication. 3. After checking out, I troubled the hotel to find sunglasses and book a car, which was indeed an extra thing. The hotel's attitude was already impatient."

"My stay at 'Fairy Tale Wonderland Resort' in Semporna completely exceeded my expectations. Let's start with transportation: the hotel offers a shuttle service that picks you up directly from the airport, which was a huge convenience. The driver was incredibly friendly and even gave us tips on where to exchange money and reliable dive shops. The accommodation was fantastic. The room had wooden floors and a high ceiling, and it felt clean and dry. The bed was super soft, and the pillows weren't flat at all. The big sea turtle plushie on the bed was absolutely adorable. Both the fan and air conditioning were quiet at night, ensuring a very restful sleep. The courtyard felt like a small garden with coconut trees, flower walls, and colorful signs. It was incredibly relaxing to just sit on the woven hanging chair and zone out; every photo I took turned out beautifully. The food deserves a special mention. For dinner, we ordered steamed crab, mantis shrimp, soy-sauce steamed fish, and a plate of water spinach. The freshness was undeniable, and the cooking was perfectly executed, bringing out the natural flavors of the seafood without being overly salty or greasy. Overall, the hotel's attention to detail in service was excellent: convenient transfers, clean and comfortable rooms, and high-quality food. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday in Semporna, I highly recommend staying here."

Although the house is spacious, with many rooms and a convenient location near the airport, it is quite old.
