Overall, it was okay, just a bit old-fashioned. The bathroom had some stains and mildew, so the details weren't very well-maintained. My room was a bit small. The location was good, close to all the central attractions. The front desk staff were very nice. There's a 300 deposit upon check-in. Luckily, there aren't any bugs in Macau city, which is a plus. It's worth noting that the guests here are quite diverse, so it's good to be aware of your surroundings for safety. The value for money is quite high, especially on weekdays.

The staff were helpful and courteous. Location accessible to  many places in the Macau central area. What we highlighted to the staff was other guests did not observere the no smoking rule and lingering cigarette smell permeates into other rooms as well as the corridor.

Room is tiny, some rooms are next to reception which can be noisy. Somebody used the microwave in the middle of the night 😔. Price was good. Aunties are friendly. Make sure you have 100 HKD / mop/ RMB for depot which you'll get back. Also they need to see the little slip which you get at Macao immigration so don't lose it. Would stay again only if a room is available on the upper floor away from the reception. Location is amazing down a little lane with traditional shops and close to all the tourist sites.

Great budget stay in historic centre with good transport links This budget guesthouse is located right in the historic centre, with very convenient access to buses and even the metro. There are 24-hour convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was super handy. On the first day, we pressed the ”clean-up” button in the room, but nobody came. We later found out that you need to request cleaning at the reception – so keep that in mind! The room only had 2 towels, and drinking water is only available at the reception. However, the windows open, which is rare in this area, and we could dry our clothes – a huge plus! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and well-located place in Macau. The hotel's bedding and toiletries were all disposable, which felt very hygienic, and the disposable bath towels were surprisingly thick – you can tell they put thought into their procurement. The room floors were sparkling clean. The front desk staff were also very warm and patient in their communication. For this price, the hotel offers incredible value for money. I highly recommend everyone stay here; it's close to the Ruins of St. Paul's and other attractions. Oh, and to the right when you exit the hotel, there's a breakfast spot run by an old lady. You have to walk a bit, but her dim sum is really authentic. I saw many elderly gentlemen eating there. The portions are generous, and the prices are very affordable. This morning, two of us ate 4 dishes for only 68 RMB.

After much consideration, I finally chose this hotel in Macau, mainly because it's very close to the Border Gate when arriving at night. To my surprise, the overall environment was quite good, with everything you need nearby. They even upgraded us to a family room for free, and all the amenities were available. What really stood out was the service; even if you don't speak Cantonese, there's no need to worry, as everyone was very enthusiastic.

The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was sufficiently cold, making for a very comfortable stay during the summer. The water pressure was excellent, which made showering very pleasant. It's very close to the bus stop for the Arch, only about a 3-minute walk away, so transportation is very convenient.

The hotel is located in a small alley in Furlong, and right outside is Furlong New Street, making transportation quite convenient. It's also pretty close to the Ruins of St. Paul's. I was initially worried the room would be small, but it was perfectly sufficient for one person. I stayed for three consecutive nights; the room was very clean, and I slept well at night. When checking out, the front desk staff even gave me coffee and handmade soap!

Really great! Super convenient for a morning or evening stroll. The surrounding area has excellent transport links and plenty of dining options. The room was very comfortable, and the bedding was so soft, making it feel just like home. The shop on the ground floor has many hand-painted products, which are very special and interesting. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Macau. It was a really nice trip!

I stayed at Home of Macau and overall it was a decent budget option. The location was great, the area felt safe, and the staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was okay for the price, and the cleanliness was acceptable, although not perfect. I did feel safe staying there as a solo traveler, which was important to me. The biggest downside was the noise. The walls are extremely thin, and it honestly felt like sleeping outside because you can hear everything happening around you. Even sounds from the reception area, including staff watching TikTok videos, could easily be heard from the room. If you are a light sleeper, this may be difficult.
