Extremely well located, and great value for money. Happy staff who are very welcoming, and the room had everything it needed. My only concern was some extremely noisy guests in another room, which continued from midnight until 6am on one of the nights. Admittedly, I did not raise this to the staff as it felt too late to do so, so I cannot comment on how well it would've been handled. I'm sure they would have helped to stop it. It does mean that the soundproofing isn't totally perfect, but everything else was very good. Enjoyed my stay, will return if I come back to Kashgar.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Initially, I thought the recommendations on Xiaohongshu were paid promotions, but after checking in, I realized they were genuinely good. For a guesthouse, the hygiene conditions were exceptionally good. The room was also very spacious and airy. The hallway was designed to look like a grotto, which my child found novel and loved. The heating was just right and comfortable, and the hot water for showering was very stable. Skiing was super convenient, with the ski resort just a 5-minute walk away. Crucially, the front desk service was outstanding; they were always happy to help with any request! Highly, highly recommend!

The vanity light above the sink wasn't bright enough; I couldn't see properly to shave, and it appeared to be broken. The bathroom exhaust fan also didn't work when switched on, suggesting it was faulty as well. I tried calling to report these problems but couldn't find any contact numbers. After some difficulty, I finally located the reservation line, but my calls went unanswered. I hope the hotel conducts more frequent and thorough maintenance checks. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

The room was nice and warm when we checked in at night. We could take a shower as soon as we checked in, but the second person might have to wait a while. Saw a beautiful sunset. You can turn on the heater when you go to bed at night, but it will still be a bit cold in the second half of the night.

When traveling to southern Xinjiang, I chose this B&B. The most unique thing about this hotel is that each room is named after a small country in the Western Regions in history. The owner obviously put his best efforts into it. The wallpaper and floor tiles in the room also have a Western style. It’s great to walk around in southern Xinjiang, where more ethnic characteristics are preserved, and experience different cultural customs.

The bathroom is too small, the sink is too narrow, the bath is not good, the water will be licked out from the door. The room is not soundproof. The quilt cover is not clean, it is black anyway. Fortunately, there is a nearby train, I checked out early.
