"My stay at Jeju Emerald Hotel was very satisfying overall, and I would highly recommend it. Excellent Location: The hotel is located in the heart of Jeju City, about a 10-minute drive from the airport. It offers convenient access to shopping hotspots like Yeon-dong shopping street and Lotte Duty Free, making it ideal for both sightseeing and shopping. Spacious and Comfortable Rooms: The guest rooms are quite spacious compared to other hotels in downtown Jeju City. They are clean and bright, with comfortable bedding that ensures a good night's sleep. Some room types even have balconies, offering views of the Jeju city skyline or distant Hallasan Mountain. Great Service: The front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Check-in and check-out procedures were handled efficiently, and they provided detailed answers to all my travel inquiries. The hotel also offers free parking, so self-driving guests don't have to worry about parking issues. Facilities and Dining: The hotel has a restaurant offering a diverse buffet breakfast with both Korean and Western options, and the food was quite good. The common areas were kept clean, and the overall environment felt relaxing and comfortable. Overall, this is a hotel with a convenient location, comfortable rooms, and attentive service. It offers great value for money and is an ideal choice for accommodation in Jeju, whether for business trips or family vacations."

"Everything was clean, from the front desk to the room. The back parking lot offers an ocean view, and the room offers a great view of the ocean as well. The proximity to the ocean makes for a great walk, and there's a 24-hour convenience store just a three-minute walk away."

"No English signage at all. The 'look very senior' lady checked in for us, telling a lot of restrictions including MAKE SURE YOU SWITCH OFF THE AIR CONDITIONER when you go out. Make sure you take off shoes before enter the room, etc. She spoke very loud n not so friendly!!! A no or don't know I'd the answer for any questions posted to her. It's a old building with little renovations to be budget hotel. Location is good, less than 10 minutes to Dongmun market. Very old system used. Walking to bus stop for airport bound is about 5mins"

"My friend and I stayed here for two nights during our three-day trip to Jeju, after seeing recommendations online that it was run by Chinese owners. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to get around, and it's less than a ten-minute walk to Shilla Duty Free. The hotel is incredibly clean; even the water stains in the bathroom were perfectly removed, and all the nooks and crannies were thoroughly cleaned. You'd never guess it's an older hotel. They provide power strips, so you don't need to bring your own adapter. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, and even skincare products are all supplied. The price is also very reasonable, and the owner is lovely and kind. Luggage storage is very convenient. I would definitely come back again! 🫶"

The whirlpool bath in the room is spacious and has plenty of water pressure. After bathing, watching the high-definition screen to enjoy the popular Netflix episodes, of course you have to have your own Netflix account login. It is the highest enjoyment of a holiday. The overall hygiene is impeccable, the simple and stylish design is combined with the convenience of unmanned service, which perfectly interprets the charm of modern smart accommodation. It is definitely a treasure accommodation next to the coastline of Yayue."

"1. The location is excellent, very close to Baojian-ro and the Grand Hyatt. Baojian-ro is more interesting than Chilseong-ro, with plenty of food and shopping options. I spent most of my time at ABC Mart and Olive Young. Being near the Grand Hyatt was great because I could go to the jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) there. You can get a discount by scanning with WeChat or Alipay. It was perfect for relieving fatigue after a day of exploring. 2. The room was generally clean, but during peak season, you might want to double-check the sheets. With more guests, cleaning might not be as thorough, so you can always contact the front desk to get the sheets changed. This place is often fully booked, so if you want to stay, book early. For this price and location, it's excellent value for money. 3. There are many convenience stores nearby, and you can use both WeChat and Alipay. I enjoyed trying different instant foods, drinks, and coffee every day. 4. There are three notable specialty restaurants within walking distance. The 24-hour Jipbul Gamjatang (Jeju Nohyeong branch) has an owner who speaks Chinese and is friendly. The gamjatang (pork bone soup) can be a bit spicy, but it's a Korean kind of spicy. My child, who can't handle any spice, ate it without a problem. A small portion of gamjatang and a pork cutlet is enough for one adult and one child. Next up is Shin Jungang BBQ, known for its Jeju black pork. The staff will grill the meat for you, just be careful not to order too much. Lastly, Gimbap Cheonguk (Gimbap Heaven) – I highly recommend their tuna gimbap and tofu soup; both were delicious from my experience. 5. You can walk to the duty-free shop, or take a taxi. Taxis are quite expensive though. You can now use the Ubee mini-program to hail a taxi, but I don't understand why taxis here don't stop when you flag them down."

"The price is really not expensive in this location, especially in winter, the room decoration is old, old, but very warm, there is no heating in the house, air-conditioned house warm air, and the front desk has a small solar hot fan, very good, you can store your luggage on the last day. The front desk will order Chinese English, very polite. Since I have been saying hello in and out these days, the front desk bowed directly to the entrance of the hall when I checked out. The window has two floors, good sound insulation and insulation."

The rooms were very clean, I lacked nothing, stable and fast internet, friendly service, convenience store right in the hotel, check-in and check-out went smoothly, very good value for money. Overall, I can recommend it and would come back anytime."
