This hotel was a very comfortable stay. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle service, and the driver was helpful with loading our luggage into the car, which was very convenient. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and seeing that we had a child with us, they kindly upgraded our room for free. The beds in the upgraded room could be pushed together, which was great. They also proactively asked for my flight time to recommend the best shuttle departure. The room itself was clean, and the bed was very comfortable! I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance. [Rose emoji]

After a lot of research for my trip to Beijing, I finally settled on this hotel. You can see the entire Forbidden City from the hotel's top floor, which is an amazing location! The room was quite spacious too. I'd read many reviews saying Beijing hotel rooms are small, so this was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location is unbeatable; it's very close to the National Museum, the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and Wangfujing. The decor has a nice, antique feel. The only thing I'd complain about is the slow drainage in the bathroom.

I had a layover at Beijing Capital Airport and chose this hotel because it shares my name. The reviews looked great, and my stay was indeed fantastic! I genuinely mean it! From the airport pick-up, the staff were incredibly efficient, helping me with my luggage into the car, and then again when checking in at the hotel. The service was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. The room layout was well-designed, and it was spotlessly clean, plus there were welcome fruits and yogurt! I didn't have high expectations for breakfast; I just thought I'd grab a quick bite, but to my surprise, it was delicious and very clean! A really pleasant surprise! In the morning, I even got to feed alpacas, which were adorable! The staff here really provide excellent, friendly service. You can tell they put their heart into it, better than many hotels I've stayed at abroad! Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay here again. Kudos to the hotel staff!

When I first booked, I was overwhelmed by all the reviews, but I finally settled on the Radisson. Upon arrival, I found several branded hotels clustered together – you step out of one and see B, C, D, E, F... Due to it being Chinese New Year, parking was incredibly difficult. I circled both the above-ground and underground parking lots twice and couldn't find a single spot. In the end, I had to park in front of the hotel next door. When checking in, the front desk informed me that several hotels share the parking lot, and providing your license plate number grants free parking. The room was decent, with a semi-open bedroom and bathroom layout and a wet/dry separation. Clothes washed dried completely by the next day, which was great. Outside the window was the main building of PKX, and the night view 🌃 was quite stunning. Soundproofing was acceptable. Being so close to the airport (literally just a turn away), some airplane noise during takeoff is unavoidable, but there aren't many flights at night, so it wasn't a big issue. Breakfast selection was actually okay, but the quality was mediocre. When I went down to eat after 9 AM, there were no more refills, and not much left to eat. The dishes weren't being heated either; most were cold. The drinks were too watered down 😣😣. However, the breakfast staff were very enthusiastic and accommodating.

The location is great, right in the Qianmen Street scenic area, with plenty of conveniences nearby (lots of food, drinks, and entertainment). The only minor hassle is that you have to walk a short distance to catch a taxi, but it's not a big deal. The hotel upgraded our room for free to the first floor (it was originally in the basement), and the service was excellent. The only downside is that there's no window.

This Chinese New Year, I brought my whole family, including seniors and children. We chose this hotel based on good reviews and the swimming pool. Upon arrival, it was as excellent as ever, and the front desk upgraded our room type. We were a group of seven, and they kindly upgraded our package and provided extra beds. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The executive lounge dining was superb; afternoon tea extended until 7:30 PM, and it was uncrowded with a great ambiance, perfect for a family dinner. The evening pool was absolutely amazing – it felt like being at a Bali resort right here in Beijing! The kids loved it and played for two days straight. I'd definitely recommend it for future visits.

Our stay in Beijing was truly a 5-star experience for the three of us, even with a language barrier. From check-in onward, the staff went out of their way to help—using translation apps, hand gestures, and constant warm smiles. Communication was never an issue because the hospitality felt sincere and thoughtful. One highlight we all loved was the free laundry service. After long days of walking and sightseeing, having clean clothes without extra cost felt like a real luxury and made our trip so much easier. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free snacks, always available and perfect for late nights or quick bites before heading out. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained—ideal for resting after busy days exploring Beijing. Overall, it was a generous, caring stay that exceeded expectations. We may not have spoken the same language, but the service spoke volumes. Highly recommended.

The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff were polite and checked me in quickly. There were complimentary hot drinks at the front desk, which was perfect for a business trip. I'll definitely come again; it was a very comfortable stay, the most comfortable I've had in Beijing.

## Environment: The ambiance is decent, and the hallway carpets are quite plush. There are also plenty of rooms. It's about a four to five-minute walk from the eastern side of the arrival hall. The location is excellent! ## Facilities: Pretty much everything you'd expect is there. The bathroom sink, toilet, and various lights are all well-equipped. ## Hygiene: I carefully checked the bedding, and it seemed freshly changed, which was good. However, there was noticeable hair under the stand where the slippers were kept (forgot to take a picture, never mind). Since I was only staying for a short layover, it was acceptable. ## Service: I mainly only experienced check-in/out, which was normal. There were quite a few people when I arrived, so there was a queue. ## A minor issue: Uh… I'm not sure if this is specific to my room, but the bathroom isn't strictly wet/dry separated, and there isn't much of a step down from the room to the bathroom. The water pressure was excellent for showering, but the drainage was just so-so. The water only started draining quickly after I turned off the shower. As for the toilet, it goes without saying that the area around it was all wet, and pretty much the entire room outside, except for small corners like under the nightstand with the phone line, got soaked. I think adjusting the drain outlet would largely solve this problem. My stay was very short this time, and it met my main needs, so I didn't bother asking housekeeping to deal with the water or get another pair of dry slippers.

A friend was transiting through Beijing, so I booked them a room at the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport in advance. My friend was extremely satisfied and particularly impressed by Front Desk Manager Zhao Yajing. Manager Zhao was very professional, she provided a detailed overview of the hotel's restaurants and gym operating hours, and even escorted my friend to the elevator. My friend felt very valued, and it made me look good too. Thanks again, Manager Zhao! Aside from the slightly worn carpet, everything else in the hotel was quite luxurious.

GGuest UserThis is hands down the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in Beijing. The front desk kindly upgraded me to a suite for free, which was incredibly spacious. They even have robots to deliver items, and the restaurant has a nice ambiance. The location is super convenient with great transport links and plenty of shops nearby. The room facilities show great attention to detail, especially the well-designed separate toilet and even bathrobes! Plus, the TV has wireless screen mirroring. Despite a few minor imperfections, they don't overshadow the overall excellent experience. Highly recommended!

SSuper_PaiThe hotel is located in the CBD, very close to the CCTV Tower. The room offers a city view, which is visible from both the main room and the bathroom – quite nice at night. The room, decorated in a new Chinese style, is a good size at over 40 square meters, though the furniture is a bit dated. When we checked in, my friend had a bit of a disagreement with the front desk staff that wasn't resolved well. While my friend can be a bit short-tempered, the front desk's response lacked professionalism and emotional intelligence, which ultimately led my friend to cancel the reservation in anger and move to the Rosewood next door.

AAnonymous UserLocation: Its location on Qianmen Tianjie, right in a shopping street, is a huge plus. To get there from Zhushikou Station (Line 7), take Exit A, turn left (don't go into Liangshidian Street), then walk about 20 meters further and turn into Qianmen Tianjie. Hygiene: Both the hotel and the bathroom had an odor. It's that general musty smell some hotels have. Facilities: The hotel has a retro, 'In the Mood for Love' vibe overall, but the long corridors might feel a bit creepy to kids. The TCL TV was old. You needed VIP access to watch anything, and I had to ask staff to replace the remote. The central air conditioning couldn't be adjusted. I didn't hear any sound of it running. Perhaps the temperature is centrally controlled in winter. Luckily, it wasn't cold. The soundproofing is terrible. You can hear pretty much everything clearly. Service: The service from the staff and front desk was decent. They upgraded my room to one with a big window. I also received a small gift upon check-out, which was a nice touch, and they offer luggage storage. The hotel price was around 400+ RMB per night before the Lantern Festival. When I tried to extend my stay for an extra night, my request for a discount was denied, and I was asked to rebook through the platform for 570 RMB a night (I understand price fluctuations, but that's a bit expensive 😒). Summary: As other guests have mentioned in their reviews, I checked the negative reviews for other hotels nearby for a few days, and they're all pretty similar. The main points are: The location and service are good. The facilities are not great; the walls are thin, leading to poor soundproofing. The TV and air conditioning are subpar, and the bathroom has an odor. The old Shanghai/Hong Kong decor style makes the long corridors feel scary to kids, and it might take a few days to get used to. It's not a bright and airy style.

HHaipixiaowen🌟 **Incredibly Safe** This area is constantly patrolled and checked by police (I was lucky enough to have my ID checked, and they almost wanted to check my luggage too!). It's Tiananmen Square after all, truly the heart of Beijing! 🌟 **Incredibly Reassuring** For frequent hotel guests like me, a shower with a rain head, a mirror not facing the bed, and a separate wet/dry bathroom are all incredibly important – no need to elaborate on why! 🌟 **Incredibly Immersive** The hotel's design, from the rooms to the furnishings, the incense, tea appreciation, and cloisonné craftsmanship, all perfectly capture the unique culture and atmosphere of the Forbidden City. In the morning, the moment I drew back the curtains after a sip of water, I was absolutely stunned!

AAitiqiudezhangjiekeThis was my second stay, and as before, the room was clean, spacious, and tidy. The breakfast was also good. However, the pool experience this time was rather disappointing, perhaps because it's outsourced to a fitness club. I also tried the Japanese restaurant on the first floor, but the overall experience was just average.

BBaluosidaoyueyunThis hotel is located on the east side of Beijing, right by the 3rd Ring Road. So, if you're arriving at Beijing South Station, it's quite a trek (which I experienced). The surrounding area has good amenities; downstairs, there's a noodle shop and a lamb soup restaurant, both with decent food. About 700 meters from the hotel, there are highly-rated Peking duck and hotpot restaurants, and they weren't crowded, so no waiting in line. The rooms are spacious enough for two adults and two children. The breakfast buffet is extensive, but the price is a bit high.

AAarie.eiraaCannot recommend this hotel enough, absolutely marvelous stay! The hotel is trendy, modern and unique. I'd say it's very suitable for a young crowd and families with young children. The hotel is located steps away from the airport express line to Beijing Capital Airport and subway line 10 making it highly accessible to the rest of the city. There's a shopping centre, Galleria, about a 2 minute walk away as well. The room isn't large, in my opinion, however it's a good size for 1 person. It's well lit and tastefully designed. There's a comfortable amount of space to open a full sized check-in suitcase. Slippers, towels, water, cups and a kettle are provided. There's a mini fridge with more water and pop. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the shower. The overall design is modern, clean and welcoming. The gym is spacious and well lit with many mirrors. It has the essentials to fit in a good workout while away from home. There are also complimentary mini water bottles in the gym. The laundry room is right next up the gym and very simple to use. There are 4 machines and you can actually check the use status on the television in your room. Wash your clothes first on the bottom machine, no need to add detergent, it's already built in. After the wash cycle, move your clothes up the dryer on top. The wash and dry cycle takes just under an hour. My clothes came out fresh and clean! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've seen! There's an amazing selection of Chinese and Western food. Breakfast starts at 7am and there's plenty of seating. The only improvement I would recommend is adding a selection of tea. There's also complimentary dim sum every day at 10pm. Dumplings, sui mai, pork buns and red bean buns and tea are available in the lobby, perfect for when you're craving a little snack at night! One thing to note, that's not entirely within the hotel's control: although it's a non smoking hotel with No Smoking signs everywhere, some guests may ignore the signs and smoke anyways. There's a very faint, lingering trace of the smell of cigarettes in the bathroom due to the ventilation. It was VERY faint so it didn't bother me but I did notice it at times. There was also one morning I left the room and the entire floor REEKED of cigarettes. By the time I came back late in the afternoon, the smell had been cleared. The hotel seems very adept at handling this situation so it really did not impact my stay. However, if you are super sensitive to cigarette smoke, this may be something to be mindful of. Overall, amazing stay and I'd definitely come again!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has an absolutely superb location! I'm not sure why it's called a 'restaurant' (饭店), I didn't specifically ask. I also didn't see any F&B department, so maybe it's been repurposed? Facilities: The decor is very simple and basic. Nothing too special, but it's very clean. Hygiene: Quite clean. The room was thoughtfully arranged and tidied, and there was even a small tea set. Environment: The exterior looks beautiful, but the interior decoration is just average. Service: Excellent. They specifically called me before I arrived to confirm and mentioned that the room had a slight smell of disinfectant, in case I minded. I didn't smell it when I got there. But I was really touched and warmed by the front desk's gesture. I especially want to commend the young man at the front desk; he was very conscientious and responsible. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the area. It's incredibly convenient, very close to the Forbidden City. Plus, as soon as you step out of the alley, you're at Longfu Temple. Pretty good!

MM512235****This hotel is absolutely amazing! We were able to store our luggage a few hours early, which was super convenient coming straight from the high-speed rail station. The room itself was huge, easily accommodating four people. My friend and I had so much space we could practically roll around in it! It was very spacious and comfortable, with two tables, and the hygiene was excellent, with complete and high-quality facilities. They didn't rush us to check out even though we woke up late, which was incredibly thoughtful and human-centered 🥹. Most importantly, it was only a little over 200 yuan a night, and it's so convenient to get everywhere. The value for money is absolutely fantastic (^_^)v! Even my friend, who studied in Beijing for four years, couldn't stop raving about this place!
