Amazing spa hotel with amazing amenities and super close to the beach. The only thing lacking was the quality of breakfast, restaurants and a few service aspects. Other than that really enjoyed the stay here and would love to stay here again. The spa was absolutely amazing and pools were the best feature.

A clean, well staffed and inviting hotel which is currently going through an upgrade. The rooms have character and the hotel has kept a lot of tradition in it's feel. The restaurant breakfast was efficient, good choice, with friendly staff. The location is amazing, very close to town, beach and wonderful views. We will be returning.

The hotel itself was a great experience and we did enjoy the novelty of staying in the prison which I would recommend to anyone.
Upon arrival we were welcome by the team but very basic information was given, leading to us missing a tour of the hotel which we were told was included in the price. The manager then offered for one of the team to do a later tour for just the two of us which was cut short, very awkward and definitely not worth the money paid for. If we had been advised of the tour with the bigger group when checking in we may have had a better experience.
We decided to book dinner at the chapel to experience it as much as we could but dinner was poor. We had to wait for our table, 3 different people asked for our name before we sat down and then again a fourth person checked once we were sat down. With minimal staff on the service was poor to say the least and The burger ordered was pretty much raw, I did not finish it. Once we had finished no one came to ask if we wanted anything else or to look at a dessert menu. We left the restaurant with no one even there working! Not sure where the team had disappeared to.
Breakfast was good and would recommend it.

Additionally, it's only about a 20-minute drive to Hayle Bay and around 25 minutes to St. Michael's Mount, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. They can not say we did not tell them it was on the booking form, I was asked when I phoned to book a reservation in the restaurant and again when we checked in. Came away feeling very flat.
Food was well presented and tasted good. Had a lovely bottle of wine.

ä¸ä¸ĺ°çˇçčFive-star recommendation, super location, invincible sea view, breakfast included, mainly the scenery is very good, just next to the train station, there is a small road into the restaurant, the bar and the bar are sea views, there is a large terrace outside, sitting can drink Afternoon tea, sit at the bar and drink at night, watching the seascape outside. The room I booked was small, but it was not bad. It also provided slippers and bathrobes, bath towels, etc. It was very convenient to go down to the beach for a few minutes. It was the most recommended hotel next to the beach, and it was relatively new.

MMattExcellent hotel, clean room, friendly staff and excellent facilities. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was out of action. This is our 3rd stay and we are looking forward to comming back in the summer.
