The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation, making getting around hassle-free. The room was quiet and comfortable with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Overall, the experience was gentle and reassuring – a truly therapeutic stay. Visiting Dunhuang during the off-season was such a great idea! This hotel is fantastic. The room is quite spacious, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, with plenty of hot water. The air conditioning is strong, and the hairdryer has good power. The slippers provided aren't cheap; they're very non-slip, and the toothbrushes are soft-bristled. The towels are also good quality and don't shed. The hotel offers unlimited complimentary coffee, water, and even some floral teas that you can DIY in the lobby. The breakfast is also quite substantial. Every staff member is very enthusiastic. They also offer an airport pick-up service; on the day I arrived, they picked me up alone. Plus, the hotel gave me a free ticket for a West Line day tour and a windproof magic scarf, which I found incredibly useful because I hadn't realized how windy and dusty it gets there. Wearing a mask felt stuffy, so this scarf was perfect. I think the price was double the off-season rate, but the location is excellent, just a bit ahead of the night market, and the decor is quite new. The only slight downsides are: it seems to have smart voice control, but I didn't know what the smart voice was called. It would be great if they could add a smart voice prompt. Also, the bedding was a bit rough, but the duvet was goose down, very light and soft. The soundproofing is okay; you can still hear people if they're talking very loudly next door or in the hallway. Seriously, visiting Dunhuang in the off-season is truly wonderful! Oh, and there are two super cute cats in the hotel, and the pickled cabbage buns for breakfast were delicious!

This hostel is the best stay for my trip. Everything ais good. The hotel is decorated with woods, so mostly all are wooden made. Very classy & super clean. Very friendly & helpful stuff. Have free cleaning services. The hostel just in front of the old town which at night u can walk around. Also very near the Fu Si Miao about 15 min walks. There are plenty of restaurant just outside the hostel. Good taste and not expensive too. All the below are within walking distances

Paired with hot, crispy fried dough sticks, it was pure bliss! ☕️ **Picture-Perfect Afternoon Tea** - We enjoyed afternoon tea on the terrace, soaking up the sun with my partner. We ordered fruit tea and small cakes 🍰 – the fruit was fresh and juicy, and the cakes were perfectly sweet without being cloying. - Sipping tea while looking at the distant mountain views, all the fatigue from our journey melted away. After half a month of traveling, this is by far the most comfortable place I've stayed. The decor has its own unique style, not like those generic hotels you see everywhere. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the lighting and little trinkets. Plus, all the amenities work perfectly and are super convenient – everything you need is there. The shower has great water pressure, the hairdryer is effective, and the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and bright. It's perfect whether you're relaxing in or heading out to explore. For this price, getting all these perks is truly amazing value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next summer.

It's very close to the airport, making airport transfers convenient and quick. The front desk staff are very polite and professional. The location is also quite good, with plenty of restaurants downstairs. It's very friendly to business travelers.

Zhangye isn't a large city, so staying near the West High-Speed Rail Station is convenient. It's mostly residential around here, so the environment is generally quiet. Taxis are easy to find, and it's only a couple of kilometers to the city center, costing a very cheap six or seven yuan. The only minor drawback is that you have to walk a bit with your luggage after getting off the high-speed train. I'd recommend just taking a taxi directly. After a terrible stay in Dunhuang for the first two nights, I really put my trust in an international brand, and the management level is completely different. Hampton Inn isn't luxurious, but it has everything you need. Plus, the hotel is new, the soundproofing is excellent, and you can choose a memory foam pillow, which is great for people with neck problems. Also, the laundry room is fantastic! It started snowing in the morning and my pants and clothes got wet, but I was able to wash and dry them immediately after going back at noon, which was incredibly practical! Because I had a late flight, the front desk allowed me a late check-out, which was great. There's bottled water available on every floor, and plenty of seating in the lobby on the first floor, so you don't have to worry about lingering, and charging is convenient. The breakfast is decent, and considering it's around 300 yuan a night, it's quite reasonable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Zhangye.

This time, we took a road trip and stayed at the NUO Hotel here. The overall service was surprisingly good... I initially thought it would be an older, more dated hotel, but the environment was actually incredibly clean. It's quite impressive how well they maintain such cleanliness. The hotel also has an underground parking garage, which is free and perfect for those driving. The room facilities are very well-maintained, and importantly, the restaurant floor was spotless, not sticky at all, and the tableware on the tables was neat and clean. The hotel's fourth floor connects directly to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The service attitude was also genuinely great – not overly intrusive, but also not neglectful, just perfectly balanced. Plus, the overall room rate was very reasonable. I had a really excellent impression! Hope they keep up the great work!

The room was small for a family room, and we were unable to make the air conditioning unit work well, thus my children had problems to sleep. However, the staff were very helpful, and I recommend the hotel because of the staff and the location, with nice restaurants nearby. I recommend to the hotel the installation of slow car charging stations in the parking, as it would create a new source of revenue
