Railway station and metro station not far away its just that initially upon arrival can be hard to find as one needs to go through a painful underground passageway with staircases without any escalator service especially with big luggage. Hotel wise clean. Check in is on the 19th floor. I booked a mountain view room as stated on trip.com website however for whatever reason was never given one.

Certainly lives up to its name as a hotel supporting the Guiyang North Station. Very easy to Didi to and from the station, taking less than 5 minutes either way. There is also a drop-off service provided. The hotel designated driver was a very helpful and polite young man. Walking to the hotel from the station is also possible, but can be slightly more complicated. (1) you will need to exit the station at the far end and go up to the open platform area (2) walk towards an underpass, there are some silver railings (3) enter the underpass and walk all the way through, there are hotel directional signs from here. (4) up the escalator and you have reached.

We met an exceptional lady, 郎月白at the reception who went the extra mile to help us buy tickets for the performance. She helped us to buy the tickets and even offered to bring us to the venue on her off day. We spent a lovely afternoon with her and got to know more about Guizhou and her during our interaction. She even gave us a lift to the airport. I’m glad we experienced Guiyang people’s hospitality and made a friend there. Thank you 月白 for everything and we hope to see u in Singapore soon!

Actually, this hotel and staffs are fantastic, shops, malls and foods at all directions next to it. The bed and sofa are so good in the room, they are like memory foam. The pillows are big n filling. The breakfast is local and Western, with enough varieties, the coffee machine made nice coffee/s. Everything else are new and modern design with nice displays of modern art pieces. The hotel even provide complimentary light supper at 9.00pm. We plan to stay 1 night, but extended to 3 nights. On checking out, we were given a gift goodies as well, so impressive. ❤️, We ll travel again to Guiyang for sightseeing to lot of places we could not make this time and surely will stay here. To find easily, look for Luckin Coffee shop if you can't see the signage in Mandarin. The access to Reception is floor 10th from the elevator inside the Luckin Coffee.

I'm a frequent guest at this hotel and was delighted to be back again as I knew some of the staff very well. The accommodation, restaurant, gym is always on par the the best. There's also a new KTV on the 2nd floor and The Galaxy Club beside the hotel offers good entertainment to unwind. The hotel is in the process to change the lift system which causes construction noises but it's bearable. Overall this a great hotel and I'm looking forward to stay there again for my next business trip

The hotel is right next to Gate 6. After exiting T2 Domestic Arrival, turn left and you will see the hotel. You need to go through security to enter the hotel. There are security personnel at the door, which gives people a very safe feeling. Then go straight and turn right to see the front desk. After the front desk quickly checks in, you can take the elevator to rest. The room is small and exquisite. In addition to the basic hotel room facilities, the toilet is also equipped with a telephone, and there is a safe in the closet. These facilities are very detailed. It is also very convenient to eat and drink in the city. You can take a Didi when you exit the hotel and go to the right to the elevator on the second floor of the 8th door. The room is really super big and there is a bathtub. The key is that the details are well done! The bedding is very comfortable and soft! I went to Qianling Mountain Park on the first day and my legs were almost broken from walking! Fortunately, I had a comfortable bath in this hotel and fell asleep at 9 o'clock. I had a good sleep. It was so comfortable! If I have the opportunity to stay in Guiyang again, I would like to stay here again! Hygiene, environment, service, and facilities are all 5 points!

The hotel is just outside Exit-K of the subway station line 1, so convenient for travelling and there are good restaurants in the nearby shopping mall. Our room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfasts are very good with various selections. Some minor issues: the bath towels are really worn (though clean) and our room is a bit noisy with car horns during the day. In overall, a good hotel and I'll stay here again if coming to Guiyang again.

We were super lost at first, but we gave them a call and they met us across the bridge and helped us carry our bags up the steep hill, and then up the multiple floors of the hotel. The two men at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out — we accidentally left a phone on the train on the way to Xijiang, and we couldn't contact the train company because we're international travelers who are not fluent in Mandarin. They helped us contact 12306, file a lost item report, coordinate with the train company, and arranged for a courier to bring the phone from the train station to the village. We got the phone back in less than 24 hours! They were also helpful with local recommendations, and overall very patient with my intermediate level Mandarin. Very lively location, right above bridge #1. The room was comfortable and clean, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Also, they have a very cute, sleepy cat ＜3

The hotel is located inside the village and has great views. It has smart appliances and is very nice and clean. However, if you try to open the windows as little as possible at night, there will be a lot of flying insects (this is the case in all Miao villages). The boss is also enthusiastic to help carry luggage and guide the way. The only drawback is the towels. The two men at the front desk went above and beyond to help us out — we accidentally left a phone on the train on the way to Xijiang, and we couldn't contact the train company because we're international travelers who are not fluent in Mandarin. They helped us contact 12306, file a lost item report, coordinate with the train company, and arranged for a courier to bring the phone from the train station to the village. We got the phone back in less than 24 hours! They were also helpful with local recommendations, and overall very patient with my intermediate level Mandarin. Very lively location, right above bridge #1. The room was comfortable and clean, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Also, they have a very cute, sleepy cat ＜3

There were few people when we went there, so the boss upgraded us to a view room for free. The hotel is located inside the village and has great views. It has smart appliances and is very nice and clean. However, if you try to open the windows as little as possible at night, there will be a lot of flying insects (this is the case in all Miao villages). The boss is also enthusiastic to help carry luggage and guide the way. The only drawback is the towels. The hotel is located mid-hill with panoramic views as seen in my photos. Room was clean and service is friendly, there is a porter who helped to carry our luggage from the observation deck to the hotel after the shuttle dropped us off. The family room is very large with three partitions: kids room, parents room and a small living area with sofa and writing desk. They also provide washing machine and dryer for self service. The aircon in the room provides both heating and cooling function which is very useful for cold nights on the mountain. To get to the village Main Street where all the performances, restaurants and attractions are, you will need to climb down the hill and back up again to return. Hence it’s not advisable for those with very young children or old people with mobility issues to stay here.

The room has a good view. The location is good and high. It is clean and tidy. The toilet is smart and has a heating effect. We had handmade rice noodles for breakfast in the morning.
