The room was clean and well-equipped, with no smoky smell. The location is great, close to the city center. The lobby staff were very friendly and had excellent English. The breakfast was also quite delicious.

We had to clean the drain in the bathroom ourselves, as the water wouldn't run down and out of the grate... Pretty bad... The room was otherwise nice and clean... There was no sofa arrangement in the room, as it was otherwise shown on pictures on Trip.com...

I can’t imagine a better location for a stay in Copenhagen. Being right next to the main train station made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The room was just the right size for a couple, and the in-room sink was a thoughtful touch that made getting ready in the mornings and evenings much smoother. The shared bathrooms were also a pleasant surprise — each toilet and shower had its own private cubicle, which felt much more comfortable and well-designed compared to typical hostel setups. The room didn’t have air conditioning, but the fan provided was more than enough for me, even though I normally run hot. We noticed the room could feel a bit stuffy with the windows closed, so we tried to keep them open as much as possible. The downside was that the street noise from people and cars at night sometimes disturbed our sleep. The only other drawback was the luggage storage. It’s not included in the stay, and there’s an extra charge of 40 DKK per bag for the day, plus a 5 DKK service fee per bag. A small detail, but something worth knowing in advance.

This hostel is probably as good as it gets! I tried booking it again later but couldn't find any availability. If you're planning for a Saturday, make sure to book really early, as prices skyrocket and rooms are impossible to find! You can pay to store your luggage, and there's a paid buffet, which makes sense given how expensive everything is in Copenhagen. The location is absolutely fantastic; it's convenient and close to everything. You can take the 5C bus directly from the airport, and it drops you right across the street – just a one-minute walk!

Rooms were very small and a bit worn off, but bed was okay and comfortable. To open the windows, you need to climb on the bed first. Bathroom small but more or less clean - no room service except you ask for it! Breakfast simple but okay, location great beeing directly in City Center. Next subway station to airport was a 10min walk. Get the Burger just out the door when you see it’s empty - because it usually always is crowded!

I think for the price, it is an okay hotel. If just staying for a night for transit, the location is definitely great. The breakfast spread is not bad too. The check in time is strictly 3pm & all self-svc. Basically zero human interaction. Storage of luggage is at your own risk as it is based on integrity & no luggage tag issued. Bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste, bty.

I’ve loved the hotel! Eventhough i didnt took bfast but the stay was immaculate. Have to walk bit to go to centre town but it was alright because the weather was sunny and bright , so I really enjoyed walking. Staffs were accomodate, I made early request to choose the room that is away from noisy (because there is a night club just across the hotel and I do not like that). I loved the Marshall speaker inside the room, I wish there are more amenities given in the room such as cup , kettle, rather going up and forth to buy a coffee or get some water and some toilet amenities. Would like to stay here again for sure xx

The location is very good. There are small supermarkets to the north, west and east, which is very convenient for shopping. Take the bus across the road to Copenhagen, and then transfer to the subway, which takes less than 1 hour. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the environment of the breakfast restaurant is particularly good. There are many drinks in the hotel (charged).

This Wyndham hotel is actually a rip-off. The rooms are decent, but the parking situation is a nightmare. You're forced to register your license plate at the front desk immediately after parking your car. If you don't do it right away, they'll slap a parking ticket on your car in the downstairs parking lot. When you go to the front desk about it, they completely wash their hands of it, claiming the hotel has nothing to do with the parking lot. Then, if you try to contact the company that issued the ticket, there's no dedicated person or phone number to reach them. Even if you email them to explain the situation, no one replies. I suspect this hotel and the ticketing company are in cahoots. The fine was around 1000 RMB! I can't believe I got a parking ticket in the hotel's own parking lot!!!!

GGuest UserCabinn Copenhagen is very well located, near Copenhagen Bus terminal, and IKEA Mall, and near Tivoli Amusement Park, Tivoli Food Hall, and Central Train Station. Very well connected to City Centre. Cabinn Copenhagen is the great choice to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful, and the accomodation has 2 Tower Blocks. A great choice for our 3 day Stay in Copenhagen.

GGuest UserNeat enough old hotel in the heart of Copenhagen near all things of interest, we enjoyed being able to walk out and find food, transport, parks and shops close by. The hotel itself is a classic old Copenhagen building which shows its age and while I'm sure some find it charming, I would say it's a bit below the standard you come to expect from more modern buildings. The staff was friendly and wanted to accommodate us although the cleaning staff seemed so into their own business that they wouldn't even notice us as we tried getting into the hotel's single elevator, rushing in before us so we almost collided as it didn't seem they were gonna come back inside the lift having just exited. No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered. Don't know if this was on all floors but it gave a weird impression disorder walking through the already-creaky hallway. As for the room itself, it covered our needs and we didn't have issues with noises from other guests other than those walking through the hallway but at least the walls, floor and ceiling didn't cause disturbance. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and left us feeling sore the day after. Also a shame we didn't get the double-bed we had requested during the booking process. Somehow they mixed that up and reception staff didn't seem to know what our booking involved when we showed up. We decided the twin beds provided could be pushed together instead and leave it at that as we had been up at 4 in the morning and were exhausted. A final note on the room would be the weird furniture choices. You get these bed side tables that look like a school kid's wood working project, kind of rough around the edges and felt very cheap and sort of sloppy from a decorating point of view. In contrast, the reception cafe has a wonderful interior and is very charming so I was a fair bit disappointed that the room gave me this impression. All in all, the hotel covered the features it should but I had really expected better from the impression I got when making the booking originally. Location is, however, enough of a pull to make up for the negative aspects. Perfect location for sightseeing and access everywhere.

Kkrai.cosmopolitanCopenhagen Downtown Hostel – Capsule Stay Review This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel in Copenhagen (£80 per night), after hearing positive feedback from friends who had travelled here. I decided to try the quiet zone option with a comfortable capsule located near the hostel facilities. Pros: • Excellent location in the heart of the city, with restaurants, bars, and cafés within walking distance. • Easy access to all main attractions. • The capsule area was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I left with mixed feelings. While the location and cleanliness met expectations, the hostel’s operation style felt more “self-service” and less attentive to guest concerns. On the first night, my sleep was disrupted by a guest in the quiet zone who was both noisy and snored loudly throughout the night. It affected everyone in the vicinity, and despite some guests (myself included) gently knocking to try and reduce the disturbance, it continued until morning. On the second night, the same issue occurred, but it was made worse by a sudden emergency alarm at around 4:45 AM, requiring all guests to evacuate and wait outside for inspection before returning to bed. Understandably, safety comes first, but the timing and the combination of disturbances made it impossible to rest. When I tried to contact staff in the middle of the night, there was no one available, so I had to raise the issue through Trip.com. Although staff later offered some coins as a goodwill gesture, it did not feel proportionate to the £80 per night rate... especially when nearby private rooms can be found for much less. Sadly, what I hoped would be a unique and comfortable stay turned into a frustrating experience. I will not be returning, and I would advise light sleepers to consider alternatives.

NnordinyExcellent location, just 5 minutes’ walk to Ørestad Station with fast links to the airport (2 stops) and city (under 10 minutes). Close to buses, Metro Line 1, and Field’s Mall with Bilka supermarket and even a halal kebab restaurant. Rooms are compact and can feel cramped with large luggage, but overall it’s convenient and great value compared to city hotels.

KKaywaiVery convenient location near to the train station. Easy walk even with big luggages. We booked a triple room and came with one King bed and a single bed. The room was spacious. It was an old building so soundproofing was not great. We could hear the kids of another family running and jumping in the room above ours. Breakfast was fine.

PPypyppyI slept in women tent. The staff is super nice. And super useful guide to explore Copenhagen if you join the WhatsApp group. There’s port on bed for charging. A locker for you to put stuff. And the location is fantastic. Easy to get around the city by transportation nearby. They don’t have a kitchen but you can buy food to eat in the bar and there are many cafes, McDonald’s, street food and bar nearby. They have big washroom and seperate toilet and washroom that you dun have to worry about peeing yourself. And they have a bar. The room space is not big. And there’s many dust under the charging port on bed. But overall I think it’s fine.

WWoolly WandererFantastic place to stay. Will definitely visit again. We were a little apprehensive about staying in a “hostel” to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday but we had the best time! There were lots of guests who weren’t young. You just need to be able to get on your hands and knees for the bed! 🤭 There is ample room to sit up in bed. This place has hotel level facilities without the cost. There is a 7/11 store 2 blocks away. Under 10 minutes to walk to Enghave Plads Metro station where there is a beautiful square with lots of cafes to get breakfast. It was about 20 minutes to walk to Tivoli Gardens.

OORexplorerSteel House Hostel was great for my 4 day stay in Copenhagen. I stayed in a 6-person women's room, and got assigned an upper bunk. The room was quite nice (a bit cramped but nothing out of the ordinary), and I liked how high the bunk was- above head height when people were standing, so it didn't feel like others were in my space, and there was plenty of space to sit fully up in the bunk. Bed and pillow was comfy. Lockers were a good size (fit my carry on suitcase plus a backpack; others had bigger suitcases that didn't fit), but the locking mechanism was a bit challenging- basic idea but seemed to be mechanical issues). There was a thermostat that could be set as low as 17C (~63F), which was the setting in my room, but this didn't work well- it was definitely in the low 70s (F) in the room and felt quite warm for sleeping. The fans in the bathroom and shower (separate, which was good for a shared room) didn't seem to work (no knob apparent for the shower; there was a knob in the bathroom but it didn't do anything), so the room got humid after one or two people showered. The hostel is huge, and almost more like a hotel. WiFi was spotty or absent in the room, but plenty of common areas to sit or work downstairs. Kitchen was frequently used, and I took advantage of the kitchen fridge for having skyr and fruit for breakfasts (costs 25DKK for your whole stay). I also rented a bike for a couple days. It seemed overpriced (~135 DKK for 24hr) but can't beat the convenience, and the bike (standard city cruiser) worked just fine.

GGuest UserOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe. However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold. And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering. There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk. If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.
