Wonderful hotel. Conveniently located: near bus stops, within walking distance of the supermarket migros and denner (it is worth considering that they close early enough), if you do not have time to shop, you can go to the minimarket at the gas station. There is air conditioning, a kitchen with everything you need, a table and chairs, so you can have dinner in your room. There is no TV, it is, in principle, not particularly needed. We liked everything, I recommend the hotel
Am amazing experience, the room is super clean the personal very nice and professional, always there if you need. About the room it’s a technological room, light touchscreen and new model showers. The price is correct, since you arrive you can active the Ticino ticket which means you have free transport train, tram and bus for all Ticino. The parking for the car it’s near, you find place always and you pay 5 francs per day(possible to pay for all days that you stay). I recommend this hotel for couple and family , excited to come back there!😊🙏🏻
The staff was excellent and responded to our every request and need. The breakfast matched the level of staff support. It was sumptuous and worth the money. And the pool and gym were also great. The pool was warm and perfect.
What a great hotel this is. Perfect location on the waterfront in Locarno, right next to the railway/bus station and jetty for boat trips on Lac Majeur. The hotel is modern, clean and with excellent friendly and professional staff. Of course Locarno is not cheap but this hotel offers overall excellent quality/price ratio and can be highly recommended. Large, modern Executive Double rooms with nice terraces with great views overlooking the bay. Great high quality breakfast on the terrace - served by really nice staff...This really is a great hotel and an excellent choice for Locarno. modern, clean
Good location in Paradiso which takes 20 minutes leisurely walk to centre of Lugano. Breakfast was great and outdoor swimming pool looked nice for summer. Room size was decent but no frills for room amenities, like no indoor slippers, no hair conditioner, no soap, etc. There is a parking under hotel which is shared with Ibis hotel and charged for everyday (23CHF?). We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our weekend break there.
The hotel is opposite the train station, so it is very convenient to travel, the room is clean. Although the size is not very large, it is comfortable to live with air conditioning, we go to the summer, it is a bit comfortable, the shower in the bathroom is strong and the temperature of the warm water is well controlled.
If you want to buy things at the train station, there is Coop, which is open 6-22 a.m. It's easy to walk to find food. Overall, I really like the location here.
It was two nights in your hotel and I am very satisfied. The location is of course very practical.
Breakfast was very good, nice condition everything was fresh and feeling good. The restaurant with the fish specialities great well, would always come back. Thanks per tutu 😀
The apartment-style kitchen does not come with any usable kitchen utensils. You need to borrow it from the hotel for an additional fee and you cannot swipe your card. You have to pay cash in Swiss francs. If you take transportation, you need to walk up a small slope every time you enter and exit. The breakfast is good and delicious, and the service staff is very nice. Great

GGuest Useramazing stuff, great hospitality. Greeted us the moment we arrived, so professional with great attitude.
location and the view were another thing.
overall, one of the best stay.
JJorja BerryThe room was very clean, but overall had the basic necessities needed to get by. There were no charging ports by the bed, which meant we had to charge our phones by the sink (an active water outlet) which was a health and safety hazard. The bed was rock solid, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The receptionists were really polite and made sure we had everything we needed. We saw a show at the LAC Lugano that evening which was really lovely and the hotel was conveniently located for this, but was quite tricky to find when coming from Central Lugano. The bathroom was separated into a shower and a toilet, where the sink was in the bedroom which was odd. The toilet didn’t have a lock on the door which lacked privacy and was more like a wardrobe style door, where you could hear everything going on behind it. The shower was a see-through glass door which again, lacked privacy. There were 3 coathangers to hang clothes and not a lot of storage space. The room overlooked the pool which was really lovely, and had a blackout blind to block out light in the morning. We could control the lights from a button beside our bed, which was helpful when going to sleep. However, the shower light wouldn’t turn off at night which was irritating, as when we tried to take the key card that activated the lights out, it cancelled out the power and we couldn’t charge our phones. Overall, this stay was alright for one night but we couldn’t stay here for a week. The negatives outweighed the positives massively.

AAnonymous UserSmall room, but clean and quiet.
Hair dryer, shower gel, hair water below are available.
The location is excellent, just a few steps to the beach.
It's expensive.

GGuest UserTrendy, clean and fairly new hotel in a great location in Lugano. Good selection for breakfast with a warm buffet besides the usual cold food.

JJenTTWe had a GREAT experience at Bed & Bike! The owners Luca and his wife were sooooo friendly and helpful to us. We had no idea where to go to the ski resort and Luca has kindly offered to drive us! AND he cooked me the best pumpkin/vegetable fusion soup every I had in my whole life! Best scrambled eggs, desserts, tender beef! We are already missing their boutique hotel! Room was clean and spacious for us to open three luggages. Would want to come back again for visit in the future!

MMichaelIf you are booking a luxury hotel in Lugano, there is no other option for me. While it’s not right in the middle of the City, it’s in a nice and quiet area and the 10-15 minute walk to the city is great for settling the stomach after eating to much pizza. The grounds are simply stunning, the views are amazing, the breakfast buffet is not amazing but very good (Although the woman who seat you could smile a bit more, all the other staff at breakfast are great). The private Lido is awesome.
I will never stay at another hotel in Lugano for our annual summer trip, it has won my loyalty for life.
