Really convenient for airport layovers because of its location next to the terminal building. Although this wouldnt stop us from staying again, the rooms, while comfortable, are getting a little tired, especially some of the bathrooms. During our latest stay the tap was loose and the sink was slow to drain. Nothing a little TLC wouldn't cure. Staff are helpful and friendly but one small gripe about this hotel is that late night check ins take far too long and are frustraing to tired travellers because of the constant attempts to harvest personal information. IHG dont ”need” my email address! 🙄

Another lovely stay . Clean lovely rooms. Comfy bed friendly staff. Didn't dine in the evening but enjoyed the cooked breakfast. Everything was hot and fresh Stayed here multiple times whilst visiting m.i.l who ill so very handy to where she stays too

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More than 5 stars! The hotel was amazing — very clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the hospitality was excellent. It’s great value for money, and I really loved my stay. Definitely coming back again!

The hotel was perfectly located 5 mins from the terminal perfect for an early flight. The bed was large and comfortable and the room really nicely equipped. A few features could have done with a little closer attention cleaning wise but otherwise perfect

Hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some tlc, staff all friendly when spoken to and bar staff helpful. Bar area seemed a bit cramped and awkward. Our room was supposed to be executive but felt pretty cramped. Have stayed elsewhere for less and had more space. The bathroom had nowhere to put toiletries in or out of the shower and the toilet in a very enclosed space between the wall and the glass shower door. Actually banged my shoulder on the toilet roll holder! Room was clean but bed was rock hard and neither of us managed to get much sleep due to having to keep moving off the numb joint so often. The room was on the second floor and absolutely roasting so had to keep the fan on all night which was really noisy as well. Breakfast was plentiful and set out well but a bit tasteless. Overall disappointing stay for our anniversary.

Best travel experience I've ever had. The staff were polite and friendly, great service. The food and drinks were wonderful, everything was very clean. The city is fantastic.

Fabulous hotel, staff are most welcoming and attentive. Excellent breakfast.

The suite was nice and spacious. Big unsightly stain on the couch though. Shower was great. Bed comfy. The spa and outdoor jacuzzi was good. The cocktails were expertly made. Would definitely stay again.

People think that the hotel near the airport is sucks, but I think that it is great for me. Not only the location, but also food in the restaurant is great
