The first room was a bit noisy because the window didn't close properly. After moving to another room, it improved significantly. Otherwise, everything was fine.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The sea was very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. Everything was just perfect for a relaxing holiday.
One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed at!! 😀
It is a new facility and everything is very clean and tidy. Rooms are bright and airy with large windows and dim lighting where needed. Beds are very comfortable with your own light and charging station and privacy curtains.
The common room on the 6th floor with views of the city has a homely feel about it with different types of seating for working or relaxing or eating.
Luggage drop off and check in/checkout was quick and efficient. There are helpful signs and information for travelers and location is top notch, very close to buses, metro, bus tours pickup point, restaurants, cafes!!
I’ll definitely stay here again!
A particularly satisfying hotel! The location is awesome! Very close to the White Tower, a few minutes walk. A few steps out is the hotel and the beach. The front desk was very fast when checking in! The room is not big, but the overall feeling is very good! The breakfast type is a bit small, but there are bread, milk and eggs, you can eat. . . I like the city of Thessaloniki very much, cleaner and orderly than Athens! Very very recommended hotel!
The room is of a good size, the breakfast is good, the hotel is located near the highway, but it is very quiet at night. There is a private parking lot in the basement, which costs 10€ per day. It is a very safe place.
The service staff was enthusiastic and prepared small gifts for us; good location, located in the old town, ten minutes walk to the sea (many restaurants and bars by the sea, lively); new decoration, clean and quiet! Breakfast provided. The disadvantage is that the hot water is slow to come out and the water temperature is not very stable. Overall there are 90 points.

Good
GGuest UserThe bathroom, bathtub, and sink are old, but the breakfast was very good, so I give it a good score. The location is good for walking around the square and the old city. I had a great Christmas here.
GGuest UserGood hotel with 24-hour reception near the main station. Good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately it is a little bright in the room (shower from the neighbouring room, talks from the hall). The bathroom was, unfortunately, a wet slip after a shower and was walking with caution, but this is usually used in southern countries with a genuine wet cell.
RraytonAlthough a little out of the way the hotel is easy to find. There are shops, a pharmacy and a supermarket 8 minutes walk away to meet any needs of small children. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the swimming pool is very good. We have been to this hotel before six years ago, so returning here was nice. The only downside, the breakfast did not have as good a selection of fresh fruit or variety of yoghurt. Although I love Greek yoghurt. At the rear of the hotel near our room the staff had taken to dumping any large broken furniture or carpets outside the corridor window. In addition the swimming pool and area opened at 10 am yet clean up preparation of beds and cutting did not start till 10. Other than that the hotel is excellent and should be used by anyone passing this way.
GGuest UserA good city hotel, without parking like most city hotels in Thessaloniki.
Easy access to the center. Good breakfast, good cleanliness, good service. Everything would be perfect with a little less price, as a 3 star hotel.

PPapanisAlthough the Monastery is not famous for the quality of the environment it offers, it is a convenient area with a 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Thessaloniki. The hotel offers a comfortable service, daily hygiene, the expected breakfast even a parking space. The rooms are qualitative and beautiful when the hotel is not complete, because then you may find a less comfortable room.
The price benefit ratio is excellent
SSTExceeded all expectations. Staff were extraordinarily helpful, room was perfect, ambiance was cozy. Can’t think of a better place to experience Thessaloniki.
ΓΓThe hotel is located in the most central location in Egnatia at the height of Aristotle. Nevertheless, it has very good sound insulation and sleeping is like sleeping in the countryside. Everything was at your feet. The room was suite 104. It was very comfortable, clean and modern, with a full minibar and lots of toiletries. I was given a 10 minute welcome massage as a gift which was amazing. Dimitris, who gave me the massage, showed me around the spa area, which I enjoyed, and suggested a facial treatment, which I did the next day and it really was amazing. Breakfast adequate. The staff is kind. My stay in Thessaloniki was made more beautiful by my stay at this hotel.
GGuest UserThere is no free parking, you should book one beforehand and then you have to find a way to temporarily park somewhere in the centre of the city just to go to the hotel to give you a parking card and guidelines about the parking seats (which are not at the hotel). The room was very small, with a view to a building under construction (although from the site you have the impression that you have a sea view), with a window which doesn't open. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was quite satisfactory.
In conclusion, I am not going to pay 144 euros (breakfast included) for that kind of services overall.
