I had such an amazing experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — especially Agus, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He always greeted us with a big smile and was super helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was seriously impressive — there were so many options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put effort into making sure guests start the day right. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while! The location is very strategic, close to everything — shopping, restaurants, and main attractions — which made it so convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, everything about this place was just perfect. Great service, great food, great location. A big thanks to Agus and the team for making our stay such a memorable one. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The environment is beautiful, with the entire resort is surrounded by trees. The staff are very friendly, and a welcome water is offered upon check-in. The resort provides shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, bathrobes, toothbrush, toothpaste, and two bottles of mineral water. Towels are changed daily, and bed sheets are made daily. The hotel itself has two swimming pools with exceptionally clear water. Resort also offers a taxi-calling service, but the cost is relatively higher than Grab. Very recommended

There is a nightclub right beside the hotel to my amazement. Other than this, there's swimming pool, gym and restaurants in the hotel. Rooms are rather old so don't expect it to be in tip top condition, oh and there was small croach crawling out of the toilet loll👀 but interesting outer view nonetheless

The hotel is comfortable and well located, close to many restaurants, cafés, and spas. It is convenient to travel to nearby attractions. The room is clean with basic amenities provided. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Overall, it is a good choice for travelers who want a strategic location and easy access to food and sightseeing.

This is overall the best choice if you want to stay in the Bengkong Laut / Golden City area, especially if you can get a room at SGD 20.00 or less. Do note that the high floors with the best views at night of the amusement park and go kart 🏎️ track are smoking 🚬 rooms. However, don't let this put you off. The smoking rooms actually smell nicer than the non smoking 🚭 rooms, because housekeeping are very effective at deodorising... Fairly large rooms but now getting very old and tired. Sheets and pillow cases have many stains and holes. I encourage you to take photos of all these things as soon as you enter your room. Other guests have noted that the hotel front desk staff have refused to return customers' Rp. 100.000 deposits for PRE-EXISTING stains that were nothing to do with the guests. Apart from that, I've stayed here on exactly 26 different occasions since 2017, so obviously I find it pretty good for my needs!

Room 706 I wanted to share that despite this is a really old hotel you can tell that they trying to make little improvements for example I noticed that the curtains are new. I believed the all of the staffs are well trained - bellboy, recept. waitresses and even housekeeping staffs keep smiling at you welcoming you and always helpful really thumbs up. I observed also every detail they have done to keep every corner of the hotel clean and tidy . Restaurant food is also delicious. Despite limited choice of food, the food taste really not bad. I like it that they keep their pastries in the warmer to keep it fresh, Again despite the smaller size room, it’s so nice to have a side table and chair to have our meals, dressing table and chair, a place for baggage, so many hangers a pair of slippers, fridge also working. All that we need for a short stat really thoughtful of them. I also find the pillows and bed very good and I slept very well . Hotel is unblocked so the feelings is good. Sound prove also ok. Doorway is also very bright. Just 5 mins walk to grand Batam mall and the wet market A2 and Batam city mall where we had dim sum so yummy 1-2 improvements is that the aircon is really noisy. Thought the towels smells good but there is a bit of stain 😬

At first, we were impressed by its simple, modern, stylish design and sparkling cleanliness. The room was spacious and had a partial sea view. However, during our 3D2N stay, the swimming pool remained closed due to strong winds. The weather was nice enough for a swim, so it was quite a misfortune. This should have been stated in their advertisements to let customers know that although the hotel has a pool, it is almost never open. The location is opposite the mall, but it’s dangerous for families with strollers or young children to cross the road.

Very good location. Just stone’s throw from the hotel are the 60s tradition wet market, shops and malls to the new modern big malls. Big bright lobby with seats. Reasonable range and quality of food provided for breakfast buffet . Will be good if they provide the breakfast buffet as an option. Gave only 3 stars for cleanliness because we were given a smoking room even when we have booked a non-smoking room. The room has a weird smell even after they said they have cleaned it. They claimed all rooms were fully booked so can’t change. The hangers are those types that cannot be taken out and they were really built for tall people. Short people have difficulty hanging their clothes and if they are old, is “mission impossible”for them. No stools in the room to ease the challenge. The body soap and shampoo dispensers were difficult to press and only has very miserable drop being dispensed each time. Quality of the shampoo + conditioner (stated on the dispenser) is not good for female hair especially if is long.

The bed was spacious and clean. Everything else, including the air conditioning, electrical facilities, and hotel location, was perfect. The large café restaurant on the first floor of the hotel offered delicious and affordable coffee and food. It was breezy and comfortable, with many locals frequenting it. Also, the hotel shower was absolutely fantastic. It had excellent water pressure, comparable to any luxury hotel, and was easy to adjust the temperature, which was very satisfying.

The hotel in now under renovation, moving at lobby abit inconvenient but location for food and supermarket is convenient . Room rate is reasonable with buffet breakfast worth the price.
