This place is good — the room is clean and nice. The only problem is the noise. Since the hotel is located next to a main road and a railway, the room I got can clearly hear every sound from vehicles on the road and trains passing by. The first train usually comes around 12–1 a.m., and the second around 2 a.m. I wouldn’t recommend this place for people who are light sleepers like me, as I couldn’t sleep well during my stay.

Just spent a night at Peam Snea Resort over the weekend with a friend, and honestly, it was exactly what we needed. The whole place feels like a hidden island escape — quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Perfect for recharging. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. You park on the mainland and take a short boat ride to the island, which added a fun little adventure to the experience. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed — A/C, good Wi-Fi, and a little balcony to sit and enjoy the view. We didn’t do a ton of activities (though they had kayaks and paddle boats), but it was perfect for just slowing down. If you're looking for a peaceful weekend spot near Kampot to unwind with a friend or partner, I’d definitely recommend Peam Snea. Worth the trip!

Friendly staff. Brand-new rooms. Nice and clean place. You can sit and relax in the communal seating areas and enjoy the beautiful river view. You can reach the city center with a short walk.

I've been here many times, and it's definitely one of my top picks in Kampot province. The value for money is exceptional, breakfast is delicious, and the surroundings are beautiful. As a self-proclaimed clean freak, I can confidently say their beds and linens are spotless, so I never experienced any itchiness – their hygiene is excellent. The only minor downside was that I kept getting calls from other rooms, with guests mistakenly thinking my room was the front desk.

This is a very cute hotel. Right on the river with a helpful and friendly staff. The city itself was not my style, but this hotel is really great. Reminds me of something in Bali. Don’t be afraid to book a bungalow without aircon in February. It wasn’t hot at night.

RiverTree Villa & Resort is a perfect blend of nature and comfort. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful river views. The staff is welcoming and attentive, ensuring a memorable stay. I loved the pool and the delicious food at the restaurant. It’s an ideal spot for relaxation and luxury—highly recommended!

Nice place. If you want to chill out and relax. Just a little bit too far out of town for me personally. About 10 minutes on a moped. But everyone else like that about the place. Mopeds can be hired on site. All the staff members are nice

Great spot, the speaker playing bird noise was a bit much but couldn't hear it from the room. Pool was not kept up, missed opertunity by staff to keep people on the property. Rooms were nice, staff was great.

Having only opened a few months ago, everything in the room and the amenities are sparkling new and incredibly comfortable. The room is spacious with a table and chairs, and the TV offers various movies and shows, including YouTube, so you can truly relax. Of course, all the essentials are provided: a refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, disposable shampoo and body wash, beautifully folded bird-shaped large and small towels, and toothbrushes. The convenient location is also a big plus, being only 80m from the night market, and just a few minutes' walk to the Vireak Buntham bus stop and a supermarket. You can easily find everything you need for dining and shopping right around the hotel. There's a security guard outside the hotel, and monitors next to the front desk show all the corridors within the hotel, indicating a strong focus on security. The brightly lit atrium lobby felt vibrant with many guests and staff around.
