Parking quite difficult due too many customers and the staffs not friendly at all. Bellboy come to pick my luggages from my car and then he drop off my luggages next to the walk way without tell me and i was looking my luggages. After checked in, they gave me the key card and not even tell me where the elevator is. This is my first time i go there, i can say that i need to find the elevator to access my room. When i comeback arrived in front hotel looking for parking, security keep standing and talk even see my car already stop in front of the hotel and they don’t tell us have space for park or not until i go asking him, do you have parking space.

The reception and hotel service are very good The hotel environment is very good and comfortable The water in the swimming pool is very clean The scenery at night is also very good, you can see the sea outside the window The hotel room is clean, bright and comfortable The pillows and quilts are also very comfortable The hotel is very close to the sea, very suitable for a walk on the beach at night

A nice hotel with lovely service and staff. Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction nearby. Also, the area is full of seedy casinos. Not a family area.

Location not very good if reception could speak English would of been better informed is beach was10 kilometres away mall was 8 kilometres breakfast was ok ordered of menu brilliant staff beside pool especially Klim hon was brilliant his English perfect one pillow given per double bed not worth the money could find something better for this amount smelt strongly of sewerage next to sewerage plant after breakfast went for a walk mall was only 850 metres about 5 minutes walk and beach was only about 14 minutes walk was very annoying as we would of gone to these the night before

A perfect pearl. New, perfectly clean hotel. Very beautiful rooms, like in 5 stars. Breakfast was brought to the room. The girls at the reception are beauties, always ready to help. For example, as a compliment they moved us to a room with a sea view. On the 24th floor there is a gorgeous swimming pool with no one there. Take a room with a sea view, it is divine. One minus - the hotel is far from the center and on a hill. Down to the embankment on foot 16 minutes, up is better by taxi

Great hotel for the price! Has everything U need including a washing machine in the room etc. The bed sheets smelt a bit but it could have been worse. The rooms were clean and good shower!

Amazing for couples! Will come back again in future and for sure can recommend this place to stay. Located on the best beach, wide and long, perfect for jogging or workout. Just one thing, if you booked this hotel, contact support center to make sure hotel received your reservation and has room for you. Reception spent 15 minutes looking for our booking and we were lucky to get free room. But other couple who arrived during CNY had the same situation and due to holidays resort was fully booked. They must stay and shared room for few days to get their private room.

Quite new place with clean and peaceful environment. Staff were friendly and supportive. Downsize is that it’s quite far from city central so you can’t even book Grab to go into the city from the location. Also some services closed too soon, like massage/spa closed at 7pm which is too early.

Due to staff shortages during peak holiday season, service was inconsistent, affecting the overall guest experience. Boat Schedule Issue: There was a mismatch in boat schedule information between the reservations team and the front desk. This created difficulties for guests without private transportation, especially since the island is remote and ride-hailing apps (Grab/PassApp) are not readily available. The hotel’s private taxi service charges **$50 one-way**, which feels excessive—management should reconsider pricing. Food Options: Limited menu choices in the restaurant, and the menu was only in English with no pictures. As a local Cambodian, I sometimes struggled to identify dishes. Room & Amenities: Fantastic—clean, comfortable, and hygienic. Breakfast: Absolutely delicious! SPA: Highly recommended! Relaxing and affordable, especially with the hotel’s 30% exclusive discount. One of the best parts of my stay. Buggy Service: A major letdown. Upon checkout, the front desk failed to inform us that no buggy was available. We waited **almost an hour** with no updates, even after calling twice. Eventually, we had to walk to reception. Overall: This hotel has great potential but needs better communication, staffing adjustments, and improved guest convenience (transportation, food options, and service reliability).

The island is particularly beautiful, with few people, good air, lots of wild animals, and more service staff than tourists. The breakfast was great, almost no one had lunch, and the dinner was a little expensive, about 200 or so per person. This place is definitely the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday!

You can see the sea when you open the door of the room, which makes you feel very good. Washing machine and kitchen are very convenient. You can find very fresh seafood restaurants within a short walk. There is a cafe a few minutes walk away. The hotel has its own swimming pool. The staff are friendly and can communicate in both Chinese and English.

The place is so fresh, clean, and nice view. I highly recommend for couples, friends, and family. If u wish to have a private and relax trip, pls go there. The staff, managers, services are all very friendly. The price is reasonable with given breakfast. Will visit again!

Very pleasantly surprised, the towels are also styling, and there are fresh petals decoration. The restaurant dishes are really in line with my Chinese stomach. The beach is delicate, the sea is clear, and there are slides. It is very friendly to the baby mother. It is more recommended than Prince Island!

It's wonderful, although the sea and beaches are not as good as Madai, it is not lost in the overall play! There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it is exquisite and delicious. It is not good. There are lush plants, a lot of animals, and too many mosquitoes. In addition, the new hotel room still has a little taste, and the hotel BBQ is too bad and expensive. The front desk clerk can speak Chinese, communication is convenient, and the hotel environment is beautiful.

Felt like a place for the cool kids. No real atmosphere at the time i was staying there. I went to the other accom on the island (like plenty others) to chill and socialize there. Staff mixed up orders and other things at times, which you end up paying for. Dorm and location were great! Staff was friendly and did their best.

An eco-friendly resort hotel located in the National Kirirom Park. The shower room, toilet, and sink are located inside but are open to the outside, which was nice, but the shower water got cold quickly and was cold. The breakfast served in the morning was also good, but although it said it would start at 6:30, in reality, I couldn't eat until almost 7. It was located in a forest of tall pine trees, so it was nice to feel the forest atmosphere, but the road was still mostly unpaved, and there were 2 or 3 places where they had to take a detour because they were doing bridge construction on the narrow two-lane road, which was a little inconvenient, but it was a great place to welcome the New Year. I definitely want to visit again after the road is completed.
