The room fully matched its description. Enough space, clean and tiny. Drinking water, tea pot and espresso machine were available. Iron and ironing board were also available. Breakfast was excellent, with wide variety of choices. Location was good- 5-7 min walk from the old city.
The renovated rooms are really nice. Breakfast was good but the breakfast area needs to be renovated too. The spa facilities and the pool were nice but not for relaxation of the hotel guests because on Saturday morning there were swiimming teams of children taking swimming lessons -too much crowd and noise. The location is really convenient. There was a problem with the room type i had chosen but the hotel staff and the trip.com stuff helped me to solve this within an hour and we got the right room. Overall a nice experience.
Except for a little less parking space, everything else is fine.
Due to the itinerary problem, we canceled the later one day in advance, but the hotel confirmed that we were alone, but dragged another order and did not confirm (all Trip.com Platinum members). Here I like Trip.com and help us prepaid the fee.
The environment and hygiene are very good
Rooms and facilities are pretty new while the room easily has insects and mosquitoes due to location near the lake. Breakfast is good to above average with sufficient choices. Lady reception was helpful to advise potential parking in the Plovdiv old town while a gentleman at reception was unhelpful to do so.

Super near Plovdiv train station. Friendly helpful reception. Spacious room. Fridge and toilet heater unplugged, had to plug in myself. Mini kitchen only comes with microwave oven, no cooker no kettle no utensils etc. Love the huge toilet sink. Suggest to have shower curtain and more hooks in the toilet. Bedroom carpeted. No room slippers provided. Don't bother about the view. Noise can be heard next door. 15 minutes walk to city centre. Overall stay-able for 1 night.
It can be uncomfortable for four people, two adults and two children, to stay in a single room in a hotel, but this hotel is a little different. We liked the room very much and were very comfortable.
First of all, the location is good
Near the starting point in Plovdiv Old Town, easy to sightsee
Just across the street, it's close to the restaurant street next to the Dejumaya Mosque.
It is an old house hotel in the Old Town and it was very nice to feel the antique and 19-20 antique atmosphere of the early century. It feels like an old house experience hotel. In particular, the bedding was comfortable with soft surfaces, and the bed mattress was not cool, so it was suitable for lying down. Satisfied.
The staff was very friendly and answered questions well, so there was no difficulty. I applied for breakfast not very much, but I liked it for a day and applied for it all three days.
Staff attitude, location and facilities are all 100% satisfied.

Good
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is very good, just in the ancient city, opposite the pedestrian street, the hotel environment is very good, there is an open-air swimming pool on the first floor, many people are swimming in the sun, there is a bar next to it, the service is warm and thoughtful, the fly in the ointment is that the facilities are a bit old

WWEIThe hotel is reserved for returning the car at the airport the next day. The bed is relatively large, the facilities are new, and the parking is convenient. It is a ten-minute drive from the airport. There is a lido next to it. There are fewer restaurants around and the hotel’s breakfast is relatively simple.
GGuest UserI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Flavia, and my only regret is that it was for only one night. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well appointed, featuring a good sized bathroom and high quality bed linen. Besides coffee and tea making facilities, some complimentary drinks were also supplied.
The staff were all very welcoming, and took great pride in their establishment. I highly recommend taking the tour of the ancient excavations beneath the hotel - it was professionally presented, and very insightful.
Lastly, don’t miss breakfast - a good spread is offered, and everything was tasty.
If you are looking for central, well priced accommodation with excellent service in Plovdiv, I highly recommend Villa Flavia.

GGuest UserThe hotel was beautiful with marble throughout and lots of character. I’ve been travelling the world for 6 months and this is the nicest room I have had in any country. It is in the centre of the old town within easy walk of places of interest and yet it is very quiet. The owners were kind and helpful and the food was very good. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

CChenjianrongThe location of the hotel is good is nearby the bus station to Turkey. A large supermarket Lidi is nearby and free parking is available. Some apartments equipped with washing machine and kitchen utensils. You can save a lot if you need washing your clothes and make dinner yourselves.
GGuest UserNice location, excellent room.
I sleep hardly at night, climatic was noisy, outside light was into my window it's like day inside, sunblind is very near to the bad. Hard to sleep, nice if you stay at daytime.
