The hotel is about 5 minutes from Daehwa metro station… it is surrounded by restaurants and department stores. The staff is welcoming and attentive to the first needs.. breakfast was good. They have a rooftop bar with magnificent river at night. All rooms have balconies, there’s 7/11 next to the lobby if you want to grab some snacks or something . I highly recommend this property, we had an absolutely fun time at Kintex hotel .

We stayed here during the height of the Covid Quarantine in South Korea. We were quarantined here for our mandatory 7-day quarantine. We were scared to death, we got off the government bus that dropped us off here. Could not tell much because everything was walled off in plastic but let me say. We got to our room, and it was very nice. We had a beautiful view of the marina. We watched ducks and boats come in and out all day. The staff although many were government workers were more than helpful. We did not get to see any of the other parts of the hotel, but from the photos it looks amazing. I rate this place high because the room was amazing, an amazing bathroom. and the service was amazing although we never got to leave the room. I would love to come back here after Covid and visit this place on our own terms. I bet it is breathtaking. The people were so helpful and the food was very good.

The hotel was easy to find and well maintained. However, we intentionally booked a hotel to use the treadmill and was utterly disappointed to find out that both treadmills were spoilt and unavailable for use. There was also no airconditioning as the hotel staff explained that it was cold enough in autumn. Hence, we turned off the heater and opened the windows.

The staff is super nice, the room is clean. Two malls nearby the hotel, it is quite nice to walk around.

It’s a good hotel but the service at the counter can be better as well as the pool service. You’re only allowed to use the pool during selected hours and even if there is no one there they will tell you to leave. Also I asked to book a bus trip back to the airport and I got the worst seat. She could have asked me which seat do I prefer.

I was helping my mum to book this hotel. According to her feedback, the hotel is great and service is nice. She will stay in this hotel again if has a chance.

The location was a little far from the nearest metro stations (juyeop and daehwa) but there were bus services with bus stops just a 3-5mins walk away from the hotel. Love the room, it was very clean and spacious. The pillow and bed were comfortable. I slept very well on all 3 nights. Despite being far from the metro stations, the area was close to a few shopping malls like Onemount and hyundai department store which had good shopping and food options. There was also a Starbucks right next to the hotel and a local mall with good brunch options right opposite the hotel. The staff were helpful and they told me that there was an airport limosine (bus 5600) that I could take from the bus stop in front of the hotel and advised me on the bus timings. It really saved me a lot of inconvenience trying to naviagate my way to incheon airport using the metro. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in goyang.

A very convenient location for visiting Everland! It was very convenient to be able to walk to the Everland shuttle bus stop. The hotel mascot greeted us when we checked in! The room was clean and comfortable✨ The bathroom was clean but a bit cramped And if you're not careful, you'll get flooded...😂

Pretty good location and surroundings for Kintex travelers. Room is ok with nice partial Han river view. Hyundai premium outlet mall is just 5min walking distance. yet. Bad attitude female staff with arrogant manners.

The last time I came, it was wooden flooring.. but this time, the room I was assigned had carpet.. I guess it was a bit uncomfortable because I'm not used to carpeted rooms.. I can't say for sure, but I think building A is a bit better.. Building B doesn't have that great of a view.. and I think the drain smells a bit.. The pillows are hit or miss, but they're softer than last time.. The pillows felt a bit lumpy last time.. The room cleaning and everything else were okay.. It's a place that can't be beat in terms of cost-effectiveness ㅋㅋ

When I saw the hotel lobby, I thought this hotel was pretty good. The location is also in a relatively prosperous area, and you can find many places to eat when you go out. The room has a balcony with tables and chairs, where you can sit and enjoy the scenery outside the window. The bad thing is: there is no light in the corridor of the hotel room. It doesn't feel dark when the sun shines in during the day, but it feels very dark when you go back at night. I forgot to bring my room card when I went out, so I went to the front desk to get a new one, thinking that I would return it together when I checked out. I didn't expect the front desk to ask me to return it after opening the door. I ran back and forth twice. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, and I don't feel very good.

I went to KINTEX because there was an event, but the location felt a bit far because it was closer to Seoul. Other than that, I'm really satisfied with the facilities. It's spacious and clean, the bathroom and toilet are separated, the bed is in good condition, the parking lot is spacious, and everything was good.

It looks like a hotel that was remodeled from a motel. I was surprised by the room facilities on the first day. I've been to many business hotels, but it seems like they replaced the room and TV in an old motel. The towels that were there on the first day were great. They had holes and were tattered., but they weren't like that the next day.. lol It's good because you can walk to KINTEX exhibition. You can drink freely at the first floor entrance. The front desk staff is always on duty.

Great size clean room (credit to the Cleaning staff), hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable big size bed, WiFi had great speed. City hall subway a short walk and bus stop directly outside. Plenty of restaurants close, lots of choices just a short walk away.

The front desk gave us information about where to eat and where to rent umbrellas since it looked like it was going to rain, which was very helpful. The shampoo dispenser in our room happened to be out of order, so we were glad they kindly showed us around. We didn't hear it in our room, but when we left the door, we heard our neighbors screaming. It was a bit of a surprise...

The room is clean and hygienic. The bed is of good quality. The service is warm and efficient, and the response speed is fast. It is convenient to travel. The bus at the door goes directly to Incheon Airport. Mineral water can be added. It is highly recommended.

Quite a distance to walk from the nearest subway station, and the road there was not the smoothest...with many constructions ongoing. But the room was quite big. Toiletries, one floor towel, one standard sized bath towel, and four smaller bath towels were provided.

It's a nice hotel in Suwon, it's next to a department store, and it's close to my house, so I brought it here, but I wonder if I should take it again because of the female employee. The breakfast wasn't as good as Chinese food, but it was edible. I stayed at the Guangzhou Marriott for 2 nights in the same week, and compared to there, the facilities and breakfast service mind Korea was inferior. It is a position that enjoys a regional monopoly status at a price that is just to rip off popular Koreans. For reference, the price including breakfast at the Marriott in Baiyun-gu, Guangzhou is 150,000 won. It is twice as expensive as it is located on the outskirts of Suwon.

Extremely satisfied with the overall services from Ramada staff. Staff was highly professional and quick in providing best possible services to guest. Atmosphere of the hotel was great. Room hygiene maintained extremely well. I have received high quality services from front desk reception, room services, room cleaning etc. I really appreciate Ramada plaza staff, keep the good job!

It was close to Kim Hyun-ah, so it was convenient to eat and shop. It seems like most things are delivered as well. The pool has a great view, and if you come at the right time when there are no people around, you will be very satisfied.

The room is larger and nicer than expected. As expected from a 3-star hotel, the service is not bad. I wish they paid a little more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. Stavia hotel has good service. The room was very comfortable. The morning breakfast was tasty, but, come a bit early before it runs cold at 9:50am. The location is a bit isolated but it has immediate access to restaurants and convenience store. If you’re looking for nightlife you’ll to take a taxi for about 25 minutes to Hongdae. Overall, we had a lovely stay! Thank you!

I have a conference at KINTEX, come in with a group of 11 people. I got deluxe double room, the room was amazing and huge, with retractable roof blinde, huge window, jacuzzi bathtub, and LgStyler for steam dry/self iron clothes, suits and coats, flat iron for hair, hairdryer.. Bed was super comfortable. Tv and PC with internet access are available in the room as well. But the downside was the sink was outside the bathroom. Feels a bit awkward. They claim the room was soundproof, honestly when we have a nice songs and chatting, we get a call from reception to turn down the noise. For my friends room, they were at twin room, and no LGStyler, and the sink was next to bed. Some complaints that the room has a smell. the breakfast buffet was really simple. not many variety for western food. They have korean breakfast

The hotel was so tidy and spacious and the service was good. On my first visit, I made a phone reservation and the staff waited a little because they received the guests first, but the regrets at that time were great enough to blow away. It's a pity that I couldn't eat breakfast, but I'm going to eat breakfast on my next visit. Breakfast is expected to be delicious enough and you'll be waiting for your next visit.
